House two doors down has been sold and there getting ready to rent it out.. everything in the garden gone and replaced with stones and fake grass that's 3 metres by 3 metres.  It could be mowed in seconds.  I appreciate their may be the very odd occasion where someone's disabled and has no one to do it but that would be rare. family member, neighbour, ability to fund a gardener every couple of weeks to whip over it.  etc.  Sad thing is, I can see a situation where local authority start doing this to save money.  Round may way it's done every few months, butchered and dying as it is. 

He's 34 and a bit part player for the season most likely but career wise your being a bit harsh. His best days are behind but he did have a fair few. Player of the year at Leicester, PFA championship team of the year, player of the year, players player of the year and promotion at Wolves. promotion with Sheff Utd.  He's done alright. We'll get more out of him than Chester I reckon. 
 

I thought that but there wage bill will be astronomical and anyone who does ok will be off like a shot- probably in negative equity as they're grossly overpaying.  They've blown their promotion cash and parachutes in one storming of the citadel.  If they don't stay up it's a Portsmouth job within 3 years.
