Thats a big assumption there mate. Seems like you're judging all Derby fans by your own standards.

Many would question it. Probably not a majority I guess but certainly a good percentage.

I'll be honest mate.  I'd happily be bought by a satanic cult that demanded we all danced naked at the full moon if it meant reading no more updates from the administrators at this moment.

I'm not a Martin fan boy btw....if CKR had got injured then whom would we have had as a striker which goes back to my original point...how did the club allow us to get into that situation....

We didn't sign a striker from Germany for 1.3 million as we'd already signed a winger we quickly tried to replace with two home grown midfielders as he couldn't stay on his feet, beat a player, cross  or score goals for 4.5 that we still owe 2 million for.  Its the Derby way

Udinese are a stable mid-table Serie A club.

I don’t get this idea that Watford is his obvious next destination.

Watford are an unfashionable club that yo-yo between the leagues and could easily be back in the Championship next season.

He should stick with Udinese and aim to break into the side and make an impression.

A good season with Udinese and he could easily end up at Lazio, Roma or Atalanta and playing European football.

Abraham and Tomori are both stars in Serie A. He should follow their example.

50% comments on this are from Watford fans and the other 50% from Derby fans a fair few very pissed off both at the admin and the player. Watford next destination, or the ******** of the UK to give it the correct title from what I saw of it.  Not sure he'll be getting the best reception from now on.  I understand if this is the only other offer he had but it's clear when he was on " holiday" this was being sorted as an option and Rooney was kept in the dark.  Comments from Rooney indicate he had to dig this mooted move out of him after not putting in the relevant shift .  Sign for who you like with no contract possible at this stage but be upfront about it and we move on.   Whole thing stinks to be honest.

I want to believe them but they’ve said this to many times, can’t see it happening

The message I've read today is exactly the same spiel I heard two weeks into admin on the Radio and why the duck do expressions of interest have any relevance .  That deadline was 4 weeks ago.

Well, that's another face I'd like to figuratively punch.

Nice if he requested any loan back to an English team gives Derby first refusal- should we ever be in a position to do that.  That won't happen of course, as the only reason he's going to a random Italian club is for a loan back to a club less than half our size, allowing them to avoid  giving an EFL member club in administration any kind of fee while they pocket 40 million. their happy to let this happen.  Fair play for all. poo innit.

So....does the statement suggest MA is in pole position financially but isn't seeming that interested in meeting all the debts left behind?

As he can pay for the full debt of the club 25 times over, more probably if he sold that enterprise for around 350 million the other week,  i fail to understand why he would be pissing around for a few million when he's losing that on monthly basis with youngsters, as we speak, lining up moves elsewhere.

If he does wind up purchasing and because of the above I don't see why it would be him, you have to ask why would you leave it so long when he could have openly cracked on 6 weeks ago.

"If you are asking me do I think it is the right move for him, then no I don't," Rooney said. "I think he should stay in England. Whether it is a move where he goes there to go back to England, obviously we know Udinese are a sister club to Watford, we don't know.

    we do

Maybe. But I don't think what division we are in makes that much difference to the price, especially as we have been odds on for relegation all season. GoC has just estimated we might "only " need £37 million to avoid a points penalty so it would be shame for buyers to bring self inflicted pain by only offering £35m and getting another massive points deduction just for want of £2m. But we will see.

400 k a win. The chancers left who may be interested and the snails pushing them along, I wouldn't be surprised.

That Marriott chappie scores a lot of goals. Maybe we could put a bid  in for him. £100k?

Apparently, he's poo. The  running  round aimlessly into midfield and out wide to try and get the ball, has no effect on a striker who scores most of their goals within 8 yards of the goal at all.
