Thought Watson looked decent. Can see a pass and isn’t afraid to play it. 

As mentioned on the Huddersfield thread I missed the game down to Our son being born. I’m glad to say he’s home well and healthy! This will be his first game he will be watching along a lifetime of fun and pain that is the normal of following Derby County. 
 
Also had my Father purchase a Derby County baby grow just before my Mrs tried to slip any Villa stuff on him (The same was applied with my other lad) ?

I think we're 3 signings away from where we want to be, as shown below:

CB, CF and a winger missing
Jagielka obviously fills the CB slot
Aluko would have been the winger, but as he's gone/going to Ipswich we'll be looking elsewhere (Grosicki?).
We were obviously after Baldock for the CF spot, but I hope we can get someone better in on loan - someone who is easily a starter, rather than competition for Kazim and Stretton. We can only dream of that player being Delap.
With Knight out for 2.5 months and Bielik until Christmas, short term cover (Carroll/Garner) would be ideal but not essential.
Those signings would leave Cashin as the only unproven 2nd choice player (but 4th choice CB)... I'd be more than happy with that.
That squad looks pretty decent to me - certainly midtable.
To put another perspective on things, we were potentially 6 players away from our 'first 11' vs Huddersfield.

Thought the interview was very revealing. Showed both what a great guy Curtis is and what a shambles of a club Derby is right now. Sounds like chaos behind the scenes and that was clear in Curtis’ interview, lucky for us he’s a great guy willing to stick at the club despite the mess caused by Mel.

I think that will be the most important element - if those who attend can give general overviews about information, even if we can’t know all of the details.
I’m not one of those who needs all of the nitty, gritty details. I’m happy enough to be given an overview from unbiased sources that help me to understand what’s going on and whether I should be worried. After all of the silence, along with worrying developments in the media, it will be good to get some clarity from those who attend. 

Brilliant! Always look forward to David Squires’ work in the Guardian. Shame that we feature for all the wrong reasons. That final panel is too real. Pain! ?

Hope we get a injury-free season from him where he bosses the league so we can demand a decent fee for him in the summer. He deserves to be a better club at this point in his career. Can't be scrapping around the lower-half of the table in the Championship.
