  1. Cant blame Clowes.

We're all football fans. We all like to think we know about football, but really we all know absolutely nothing about the innerworkings of a football club. We all really probably dont know that much about the game in general

The man has saved the club & been thrown in at the deep end. Give any of us a bit of money to buy the club & we'd all make mistakes.

Id like to see the club rebuilt, the academy etc, id like to see a good young team, trying to play football the right way. If someone comes in with the vision, then you dont mind losing if you can see what the long term aim is & it trying to be implemented

  2. Its just not fun. At least when we went down with 11 points we knew we were rubbish & it was fun. Getting docked points & fighting for our lives not fun at the time but it was entertaining

This football that gets served up everyweek is boring, no entertainment & absolute rubbish. Cant even see what he's trying to achieve. If we were playing loads of kids, bringing them through & trying to play the right way then you could see the light at the end of the tunnel.

He's a pub manager at best

  3. Theres a suggestion thats unfashionable & probably unpopular. Done a good job most places he has been (apart from his last job) done a better job at some clubs than he's given credit for & available. That's Steve Bruce the elephant man 🤣

To be honest i actually think we have a good enough squad & dont see anything wrong with the attitude we are Derby County & too big for the division. We should be demanding more. I think most managers out there could do better with the squad available to them

  4. I honestly hate the man. Just want him gone. He could win the next five games on the bounce playing warne ball & id still want him gone.

If by some miracle he took us up. I wouldn't trust him in the championship. I dont want us to even risk giving him another transfer window to mess us up more.

I cant see what he is trying to build. He is clueless

It angers me more that we consider "bolton & Portsmouth" hard games. I know we cant win every games but we should be having a go at every team home & away in this division

  5. The refereeing is poor but its the same ref for both sides.

Start playing well, Creating more chances & we'll find we'll get more decisions or the poor decisions will affect the game less if we are three up.

Yes the officiating hasnt been the best but its the standard for the division we find ourselves in. We need to stop moaning about it & start playing proper football

exactly took 2 of my mates today and they where bored after 30 mins ,said I am not coming again.

Kids said the exact same thing... "dad im bored" ... I wouldn't be suprised if they start watching other teams when they get older & start understanding football more.

To be honest i prefer watching them play in the under 7s. There is more desire & skill on show.

  7. Not the worst side for the division we are in

We have a goalkeeper thats good for this division. Allegedly the best young CB in the division. An ex prem midfielder & young future prem midfielder according to our ex-manager

We arnt too bad out wide with NML

We lack a CF but Waggy should get goals in this division

We lack depth. But in terms of our best 11 all playing in their proper position then we should be able to beat anyone in this division

The problem is the coaching, tactics & management

Our circumstances - trying to rehabilitate after being in financial ruin - dictate the level of patience though, and let’s be honest, we’re in no position to be rash.

Ripping up Warne’s contract will cost money. Dismissing his backroom staff will cost money. Appointing a new manager and his coaching team will cost money. Paying compensation if they are contracted will cost money. Bringing in players for the new manager will cost money.

Money we seemingly don’t have or if we do, we are either not prepared or not permitted to spend it. So which managers would be queuing up to replace Warne in any case?

Warne has been in the job for less than 12 months. He has three years left on a four year contract. He is not getting it right at the moment, that’s plain to see, but surely Clowes will be thinking: maybe things will look different in 20-30 games?

We have to stay calm and Warne has to step up and show what he can do. It’s a 46 game season, not a 4 game season, after all.

But letting him sign more players costs money, continuing to get it wrong costs money, the longer we stay in this division costs money.

I dont think its rash to get rid of him now. He was poor back end of last season & we've started even worse
