I really don’t .
I have always said FFP is ridiculous and maintain that. .
We are in this mess because off FFP and Mel getting totally blitzed by the EFL with no way out .
Mel couldn’t sell the club and then we had Covid and no revenue 
It has been vindictive against him IMO .
Other clubs have piled in also.
The most significant thing for me is that the first hearing went in our favour.
Its all done now but going forward my love for football has somewhat gone .
I know this is a view that lots of Derby Fans won’t agree with but going forward I see nothing but more heartache ahead with player sales etc  
 
 
 

Might be wrong but I'm certain the small fella with Pearce and the admin guy is Magnier Junior. As an amateur he had his fair share of wins as a jockey and rode Rhinestone Cowboy in the early 00's.
 

His wife's Twitter (assume it's hers) makes interesting reading. She's got links to horse racing and in particular Coolmore Stud.
It's my belief that the photo's that were out last week at the Luton game including this fella(in shot talking to Rooney)Gary Cook and a well known assocaiate of the Coolmore operation.
Those who know racing,will know that some of the big Irish owners were part owners of Manchester United before it was sold to the Glazier family and they are also own golf courses and resorts.

It’s very obvious he checked out, almost completely. Not to say that Pearce, or whoever, was left to run the abandoned, sinking, perilous ship shouldn’t have done something about it. 
Piled up the debts, until there was a real chance he might have to pay it back and then dumped the club in administration under the pretence it was the best for everyone. The guy is arguably the worst charlatan that has ever darkened the door.

Rooney twice claimed to have heard the news on Sky.That news wasn't public until after 2000. He dropped his guard with Gibbo (a very selective audience via Rams TV) and mentioned he was told at 1943.

The link came from an obscure LinkedIn post. Dawes along with Steve Nicholson,Alan Nixon and John Percy were tweeted the link around 1850 Friday evening.
Dawes then engaged in conversation with the author of the LinkedIn post.
He then tweeted at 1945 on Friday that he was asking the club for info.
Rooney with Gibbo said he found out at 1943 when in his previous interviews with Sky and Dawes he said he found out on Sky.
Something doesn't quite ring right here.

One mans vanity project has gone badly wrong, someone close has told me the arrogance and unwillingness to listen to people is the reason why DCFC is in the mess we are in.

To put this into context, even a bunch of convicted criminal fraudsters left our football club in a better state than Mel Morris has. I don’t need a scale of 1-10 to know that he is the worst owner Derby County Football Club has ever had in its history.

As usual it will have been the well oiled PR machine. Anyone fault but his.

So what happens to the NDA people signed at the recent meeting? Nil and void? Come on, let's have it. What was really said that day and how much of what has materialised was known then? 
Fans have a duty too. 

I know Mel, why not hold a meeting that only the select few can attend, then tell them all to keep what's said secret, and keep all the other 99.999999% of fans in the dark.
I suppose someone worth half a billion pounds can do what they want without a care for us mere peasants.
You may have had good intentions when you bought the club, I for one was looking forward to drinking in the East Stand fan park extension and watching the Oasis reunion under a retractable roof.
Now it seems all I've got to look forward is Fleetwood on a Tuesday night.

Some interesting comments from Ed Dawes today. Local media contacting the club but they can't get answers. Dawes refers to them using Talksport to sweep the issues under the carpet as the local support will use the local media as a voice.
I think it was Brian Clough who stressed the importance to get onside of the local boys. You've misjudged it Melvyn again. You don't think the local lads are important. They are !
 

Mel has been very lucky that Rooney and the players are giving it absolutely 110% on the pitch because if this team didn’t care if This team didn’t fight for the club on the pitch then the poo would of hit the fan by now! He’s lucky the on field stuff has given him some breathing space, he’s absolutely no where to be seen he’s caused this mess and he doesn’t seem to want to fix it, he surely new by having a fans meeting signing NDA so they couldn’t tell the thousand of other fans what was going on was going to cause anger and separate the fans? Been weeks and still not had a proper write up of what was said or what’s actually happening at the club! joke 

And still no notes from the behind closed door meeting.
