Shang got a reaction from jono in Man Utd Preseason, the return of the fan
Rooney before the game said the first 11 would be playing 60mins and then he'd make 8-9 changes at the 60 min mark.
It'd be weird to play these players and build their fitness up if he wasn't planning to keep them.

So far:
Ravel Morrison - Takes risks with the ball, passing it forward or playing sly passes to keep possession. Doesn't look like a rusty player at all. He's pairing really well with the Shinnie and Bird in midfield.
Sone Aluko - He can be seen all over the pitch at the moment, loads of energy, switching from the wings to number 10. Has tracked back and acted as a second full back a couple of times. Looks to be confident with both feet, first impressions is he's a really good player.
Sam Baldock - Constantly running past the defence and on the shoulder of the defenders. It's nice to have a striker who isn't constantly dropping back to receive the ball.
Phil Jagielka - Not seen too much as he's done anything wrong, looks solid enough and has paired well with Davies.
Overall we're dominating the ball, we're playing more attacking-minded, whenever we attack we mostly just have Davies and Jagielka back. We're comfortably playing out from the back and retaining possession too. Apart from Birds mistake that lead to the goal we haven't looked like we're being troubled.

Shang got a reaction from Chester40 in Derby vs Sheff W (H) Matchday Thread
What an absolute rollercoaster of a season and a game. We've got one of the biggest summer of our clubs history and it's incredibly important we get it right.

Just been doing a bit of a reading regarding his failed Sheff Weds bid.
Chansiri didn't want to sell regardless so there was no chance of it happening Alonso was the face and representative of an Indonesian consortium of buyers Bid was around 25-30 million, Chansiri said it would take substantially more to buy There was a big public falling out after this bid failed -

Further information from the article. 29 year old Spaniard, previously involved as advisor at Sheffield Wednesday and had deal rejected to purchase them. Has funds immediately ready to send over for the takeover to happen, won't involve any debt or borrowing.

I agree, we should be trying to win free kicks and fouls at the moment when our set plays are proving to be extremely productive. Jason Knight and Waggy last night ended up with a ton of grass on their shirts, relieving the pressure and providing an opportunity for us to put the ball into a dangerous area.
It's amazing how much better we've become at set plays, over the past few years we've been useless.

Shang reacted to Will Hughes Hair in Morgan Whittaker
Delighted for Morgan, gutted for us.
700k is peanuts for a player of his pedigree and potential. If he’d come to us for that money we’d be raving over him. Over the next couple of year’s he’s going to blossom into something special. His next move will be for an 8 figure sum.
How do I know? Because he has a good first touch, can carry the ball at pace, has lovely balance and knows where the net is. And I’ve been saying the same for a good couple of years now.
And let’s not forget that the Derby sales team let Emil Rys Jakobson go for free when a year later he’s being sold for 1.2m. Whittaker will make that pearl look like a world class bit of business.
The story in a nutshell? Sold at a ridiculously low bargain price to free up a space because we’re under a soft embargo.

Shang got a reaction from SKRam in Fikayo Tomori
I've been reading some of the Chelsea forums still trying to figure out why he wasn't being played ahead of Christensen and Rudiger. There's claims of "bullying" in the dressing room with a lot of older heads in there creating discontent that Mason Mount, Tomori and James were being played ahead of them. I think Frank decided to pick and choose his battles and decided that Mount and James were winnable but Tomori unfortunately had to be sacrificed so he could still play those two.

Shang got a reaction from Rammy03 in Louie Sibley
Sibley and Knight are similar players, they're both dynamic box-to-box ball carriers (as in they prefer to dribble and carry the ball towards goal) but the key difference is that he's a naturally selfish player, which isn't a negative thing.
He's more inclined to work to play himself into a position to shoot, and run off players to get into a scoring position. Knight on the other hand is more likely to bring others into play.
Sibley would run past CKR more, which would leave gaps in our midfield when defending a counter attack. This used to happen quite a lot when he was getting regular games.f Knight tends to be slightly behind the forwards.
I personally think that Rooney will either bring Beni into midfield to partner up with Shinnie and move Knight up, or drop Waghorn in favour or a more productive player (Sibley or Roberts). I don't think Rooney trusts Sibley to defend in midfield.
