    Only thing I'd say:

If Warne manages to turn this season around, will those that have called for his head already not feel a bit ashamed? Not the people just being critical, but actively calling for him to be sacked. I'm not best impressed either at the minute, but I'd feel a bit stupid if I jumped to the extreme of vocally calling for the manager to be sacked, and he then did alright... Dunno, it just feels like a 'past the point of no return' thing to me where once you've said it, you can't take it back, and if you're wrong, you don't have much right to celebrate the success?

This isn't me saying I think Warne is the right man for the job or anything, just that there's still time for this season to be successful and I don't think we're too far gone just yet.

It’s about context - right now I think people have the right to want change, if we were to win our next 15 games, performances massively improve (they’d have to) and his messages finally get across to the players to do so,  then I don’t think people should feel ‘ashamed’ but I and many will happily hold our hands up. We all just want success for Derby County one way or another.

But not many managers turn things round from this type of performances and with a chunk of the fanbase this unhappy. Whether it’s justified or not, people will not have much patience while we are in league one, and patience is almost non existent in football anyway.

He needs a run of wins and signs of what he’s trying to achieve on the pitch to start to change minds. This needs to start tomorrow - but he’s had over a year and two transfer windows, so I’m not holding out much hope and that’s why I’m currently in the it’s time for a change camp because signs of what he’s trying to do should be visible by now.

Just watched the goals from this game.

0-0 at half time. Final score 8-0.

That's got to be some kind of record too.

I actually watched this game while watching rams tv too. Crazy game.

Effectively in the same position this eve as we were a week ago. Doubt he'll get sacked tonight. A failure to win on Tuesday might hurry that along though.

Wanted Leroy to be given the job permanently last year but accepted Clownes' decision and have backed Warne up until just recently. That's wained now though.

Whatever happens this season, we need to improve quickly. With or without Warne. Not hitting the play-offs would make this season an abject failure.

That would have been some story… sacking the manager and replacing him with his dad 😂

  4. Yep he’s got to go. Win against Exeter papered over the cracks - and by cracks I mean canyons.

No game plan, players don’t look like they’re enjoying their football or really understand what they’re being asked to do. You can get away with this style  just about in mid table at championship level - but for Derby in league one, playing like this and being mid table, is not good enough.

I expect Fornah to be a big success for us . Right age CM that can tackle , run and score goals ( in the Bryson mould) He will become a fans favourite , I am sure. It shows though that Florists no longer see us as a rival.

I mean at the moment we aren’t in terms of on the pitch, and probably won’t be for a few years at least. I work in Nottingham, in our office the split of Derby and forest fans is pretty much even (used to be more Derby fans), and the forest fans would rather we catch up with them then linger in league one too long, so there can after nearly 30 years, finally be an top flight game between the two. I still think that’s at least another 4 or 5 years off at least.
