Thameram reacted to MACKWORTHRAM in The Administration Thread
Whilst I appreciate the BAWT and Rams Trust for what they do and how they go and get answers for supporters.
But it still irks me that Quantuma can't just speak to the fans as a whole. We're all supporters.
People on BAWT and Ramstrust don't support or love Derby County any more or any less than anyone of us.
It frustrates me that they come out and aren't allowed to say certain things that have been discussed or wait for approval before putting out what's been said.

I think your right but they let us play cashin, plange and thompson so they will say we have now
also is the middlesbro employee still on the efl board because surely it is a conflict of interests he is going
to do what gibson tells him to do for the benefit of boro
Having just had my company liqidated i know that the admins do the best for the creditors and the shareholders
prepare for more sales this january they do not care about the club
The sad thing is this year if mel had stayed strong took the 9 points deduction paid the bills not gone in to admin
backed rooney with a transfer budget we would make the play offs easy this team has balls like jim smiths first season

Honestly, the "'Boro member on the board" stuff is a bit of a red herring IMO. We had a member on their previously while the DC/LAP stuff was going on, and it didn't help. It's my understanding that he's required to leave the room when conflicts of interest arise anyway, so in theory he shouldn't be able to influence things.
Arguably, the Forest guy is a worse issue because they are actively trying to buy one of our players, so it's in their interests to pressure us into selling as cheaply as possible.

If you were a true fan with the club running through your veins and were a multi millionaire you would lend them the money,no give them the money to easily survive until a decent buyer could be found, your club is family and most decent people would do anything to help there family

When fit he's a must but only when fit
its nice that we can bring him up to speed without weakening the midfield but he will make a big difference
and he will help joz as well

Thameram reacted to Carl Sagan in Reading FC (A) Matchday Thread
What will likely cost us this season is our form against the teams we hope to be competing with to avoid relegation. I don't know what the issue is that means we raise our game against teams near the top, but lower it for teams at the bottom. From now on we have to be absolutely ruthless against any teams we might be able to catch. It's great to beat the top teams but counts for nothing if we can't also beat the likes of Reading who we will likely need to overtake to avoid the drop.
This lot haven't played for ages, while we are match hardened. We have to take the game to them from the start, so they don't know what's hit them. And we have to be ruthless in front of goal. No let up.
Every game at the moment is a cup final. A win here means everything and reduces the gap to safety to single figures. Come on you Rams!

I don't actually care at all where we end up and how, provided the football club itself survives.

Thameram reacted to Rev in Alan Nixon Breaks Silence on American Billionaire Bid
I'm feeling a little pessimistic about the whole scenario, to be honest.
In the last few days, the mood music around the club has changed.
It now seems we're in a desperate fight just to survive, from a position a week or two ago when we knew the pitfalls, had dealt with the EFL, and could at least see a future even in League One.
I don't know if that has transmitted through to the players given today's performance, but I'm nowhere near as optimistic as I was a week or two ago about on continued survival.

Why are there posters coming up with the most plausible excuse as to why we should pay our legal debts ?
I agree GadFly this can't be right, Unfortunately it's the business world we live in, I've worked for several companies over my lifetime where 2 of them were left with insolvency/Liquidation this left me and others out of pocket, This is not fare either, The owners left with huge payoffs while the shopfloor workers got very little if they were lucky.
It's the way of the world, It aint right nor is it fare...but it is what it is.

My company at the moment is in administration and its not good they are in total control of everything
they make redundant anyone they feel is not needed to run things on a day today basis
they penny pinch everything and only release any funds to assist the day to day running
all funds that come in are payed out to the top of the food chain and filter down anyone at the bottom forget it i've had angry people
come up to me demanding they get paid before they will release even rubbish bins
we are waiting for a takeover but unless they see proof of funds to there satisfaction they do not care
all our factory assets are now being auctioned for way less than they are worth
and it is all because the person that took over a well run family firm was out of control with the finances but thought he new best
i know football is a bit different to real life but unless they get a buyer soon its gonna be a depressing place to go to, the little man will always suffer in administration

I agree with most of these , the second half we just took our foot off the gas , Roos although usually a decent shot stopper makes me nervy and tbh I don’t feel entirely confident by the other two either.
buchannon I’d like to see converted into a winger I think him and ebosele could be decent options like that

Rooney said yesterday that if thompson or cashin came on they would have taken ravel's spot
so when ravel plays on tueday does that mean thompson and cashin cannot play until the embargo is lifted
what a mess
