Yes deffo a 28 day rule which is why I said takeover in 27. I don’t expect it either to be sorted that quickly but if a buyer is in place, it shouldn’t take long. Big IF though

The 28 day rule can become zero days if the fan groups say they cannot raise the funds which would in our case would be a big help and quicken the process if there is a buyer

  2. Be interesting what MSD do now if anything.......

"American financiers MSD have the option of taking charge as they already have millions in the club as the biggest creditor, they also have financial interests in Burnley and Southampton as a ‘bank’ and recently severed ties with Sunderland.

The Americans are involved in clubs around Europe but would like a central base and ownership project in England."

So is it just my thinking or are we no better being brought in admin than if Mel had carried in running it. With dell and co we are still circa 50 to 60 million in debt. We don’t own our stadium and now are certain to go down with 12 points added on.

If they add further points I would agree we are a cert for relegation but a win today and then the 12 off leaves us on minus 2 that is recoverable provided a takeover is done reasonably swiftly.

I would imagine the purposed punishments will be resisted and appealed both by the admin or future owners they have nothing to lose by doing so.

Absolutely sick of this now , EFL, if you are going to punish us then do it , stop this bullshite of adding more and more to the charge sheet and give us your best shot , as for Mel , pay what you owe and stop making the job so hard for Wayne , his staff and the players and also EFL and Mel the fans are suffering with all this crap that no one can make any sense out of , but i dont suppose we come into either of your thoughts , one very fed up Rams fan

If the EFL felt the could apply any punishment without fear of push back they would have done it by now.

If they keep us under these charges the chances of us breaching one or another so there can be no question on the legality of the sanction increases with each passing day.

Currently on 11 days waiting for my reply. It is absolutely shambolic. I think everyone on the administration and ownership side of the club has completely lost interest. No wonder fans can’t get ticket issues sorted. A month into the season and we still haven’t opened our ticket office or opened phone lines, even in our darkest days we managed to sort things like this out. It is nothing short of disgraceful and incompetent.

The phone lines are open only Tuesday to Thursday between 10 and 4  it took me 45 minutes listening to music before someone answered. They sorted my ticket issues in 5 minutes it cost me nearly £6 for the call they charge a extortionate 13p a minute.

we have only won one against the lesser teams, so think we will  struggle to get any wins in September. I think our first win will come when Bielik  returns, just like last season. He single handily saved our skins.

Be a long wait they are talking around Christmas for any sort of match action and that is with no set backs  and assuming he makes a full recovery.

Not sure that makes any difference

You can normally gauge by players reaction  I will quantify my opinion also by say ing I reffed up to non league level and did lines also for ten years, .......I have seen the Worrall penalty claim and it was not a penalty he was falling and his arms are in a natural position you would be falling like that..

I'll base my opinion on what my eyes saw and not what is said, I gather you're sat in the West Stand a good 100 yards from the incident at a guess, The replay shows it as a stamp... there's no over balance or trying to extracate himself from the player...my opinion only.

Yes the ball should have been cleared before a shot was taken, But a shot was taken, Roos gets a hand on it but parries into the goal, Once he did the hard part by getting a hand on it then it should have been saved...my opinion only.

"Slo-mo" is there for the viewer, It doesn't make a goal or a stamp worse or better, It shows what if any could or should have been given.

Saw it in real-time directly in front of me in the north stand and have since on video.......no way is it a red card two things to consider the ref is looking straight at it so is the linesman no reaction from either ...secondly the player and no other of his team mates protested at the time or when next the ball went dead.

It is now sold out guys

Have a look in awhile when they release the season tickets that have not been taken up.... With it being on sky and the ongoing ticket and covid issues I expect quite a few thousand will become available.

  10. Having witnessed a display  by the ref up there with some of the worst I have seen..... Why am I not surprised by this

    "Warnock praised referee Andy Davies.

He said: “I thought he had a good game today. I thought he was super today. Best referee we’ve had for a long time. I told him that after, I said ‘don’t be shocked’."

This comment taken from the BBC website by Warnock

"Phil Jagielka should have been sent off. I'm not sure the referee even saw it because he asked the fourth official, who said yellow card.

"When you look at it, the follow-through is horrendous. Jonny's lucky it hasn't snapped his leg. That's a red card any day of the week."

Anyone expand on this? or is Warnock still...well Warnock.

I assume has always Colin failed to see their left wingers high dangerous challenge on Byrne that the ref somehow thought was only a foul and nothing else. Plus the clear elbow that Jags took from the centre forward.

The challenge he referred too was just that one player more committed to it than the other..... The reaction on the touchline got the decision plus the booking from a terrible official.

  12. IWayne told him was what he needed to improve and add to his game to be in his plans going forward.

Now you can read that and say he has been told you are not in his plans if you wanted too. He said similar about Festy after the last two games...
