How many English clubs do not own the stadium they play in, or even the land it sits on? 
 
I can start with 3. Man City and West Ham lease the stadiums. Plus I believe the council own the land the City Ground is built on 

It matters because you are on a Derby forum doling out doom diatribes on a daily basis. If you want respect, give it and answer the question put to you on multiple occasions by multiple posters. Your evasiveness just comes across as sketchy AF to be honest and is simply going to lead to you being more and more regularly called out. Frankly, it's all very well claiming to have grand affection for the club, but when you clearly have very little for the supporters, this is the inevitable upshot.
In all honesty, I've taken everything you've posted with a massive pinch of salt and have never been that concerned about not having a club to support moving forwards. That's not true of everyone on here, however, as you well know, so given your posting record, I have to conclude that your motivations are less than savoury. Even setting your relentless, one-sided and materially flawed narrative aside, the fact is you've not been right about anything thus far which makes me wonder further why you bother. Hard to draw more than a single conclusion, I'm afraid. And before you trot out more lame BS about how I should be a politician, or other lame attempts at deflection, this is me exercising the right to free speech you're so keen to claim and advocate. Best learn to deal with it really, if you intend on continuing in the same vein.

Said he would be happy to go somewhere as a number 2 now, would be a supportive number 2.
Although later in the podcast, spoke about needing to be able to commute to the club, used the South Coast as an example that might not work with his family and that, although at 39 he doesn’t need to train every day. Did sound like he wants to stay in London area and the Premier League.
Think a lot would have to happen, or not happen, for him to drop to League 1 up in the East Midlands.

I'm actually watching the podcast right now as this popped up.
He was asked what level he would drop to, basically said he wants to stay in the Premier League. That was the end of that.

If Davies is still around then is he replacing Cashin? Definitely an upgrade but would be a shame to drop down any youngsters who've performed in the championship. If we keep the bulk of this squad together, we should do well in league 1 whilst giving the youngsters game time

Most players have a good spell in their career and will will also go to clubs where it doesn’t really work out. Under Mel’s reign, the problem has been that we predominantly play 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-4-1 but we’d sign ‘non descript’ attacker and then try and play them out of position. Or a RB like Cyrus Christie who can attack but can’t defend and they are your only defensive player on a wing. So it’s not that they are bad footballers per se, but weren’t suited to what was needed and it buggered up their careers being at Derby.

Captain at his previous club, doing great. Comes to us, isn't liked or given time to settle. Quickly leaves us for his old club and again back to Captain. He must have done something right.

Lingard actually made our good team much worse imho
