I really havent got time to debate back and forth today Pete. I am bowing out. I will leave it to you and Roy to keep the thread chugging along.

I think he's done ok this season, he's warranted his place in the team against the likes of Jozwiak or Sibley as someone who's meant to be creative. It's inevitable he would leave, but to go in January for free doesn't send a great signal out to me.
All this "play the kids til the end of the season" is just rubbish. We'll get whacked every game, destroy their confidence and start next season on a complete downer.
Play the strongest team with have until the end of the season, amass as many points as we can, get the crowd with you, if we go down then go down with pride and fight, and that will help momentum for next season. And like it or not, Lawrence deserves his place in our strongest line up.

That might be to alleviate the possibility of a 'snowball effect' where club 'A' goes into administration, cannot afford to pay club 'B' and club 'C', who likewise then find that they are tipped over the edge and have to take similar action.
We'd soon run out of administrators.

Sorry Pete. RC was not my intention. Blowing off some frustration though. With respect, Jim Wheeler and RamsTrust should have an knowledge of the rules and procedures in the event of Insolvency. Any formal representative Trust of the Club should know or the procedures laid down in the Regulations and Articles. The Club's management (Administrators) will know too. I dont think it is beholden on the EFL to share and lay out every line of procedure to fans. It is for the clubs representatives to keep us informed along the way. Have a good day, hopefully culminating in a 3 point gain later.

Matlock Farm Park is lovely but very expensive for what it is.

We will probably go down. But we are a pretty dangerous opponent at the moment, like a wounded animal. Teams 15 points off safety are usually dire and can't buy a win. We are actually pretty decent and should have picked up more points this season already.
If things click for us, we could string a few wins together and start catching with those poor teams who never pickup any points.

    I know mate.
The situation is absolutely dire and we may yet go out of business, but strangely, attending the games is brilliant atm. The 20,000 or so that are there, want to be there, I stand in the middle of the South Stand and look left and right at people out of their seats in the West and East stands joining in the singing. Its never been so loud and proud.
The looks on the faces of the players after the final whistle applauding the fans was incredible. One or two on here have mentioned they had a tear in their eye leaving the ground, its what football is all about imo. When your backs are to the wall, you fight back, give everything and don't give a duck what anyone else says.
Away matches will be sold out, many are booking Blackpool hotels for the last away game already.
We will probably go down, but we'll go down kicking and screaming.

You seem to be making a big deal out of nothing, which is not like you Roy ?
It is standard with all EFL Member Clubs that enter an insolvency process that League Membership is at risk. The EFL are simply following the procedures agreed by all member clubs, including Derby, and which was the same process most recently for Bury and Bolton.

It's not like you to pick an arguement where none exists @i-RamI asked in my first post:

Which bit of the regulations are you referring to?

They had better play bloody well, and win. £30 for a ticket. Last game I went to was 5 shillings and tuppence - except of course all those Wembley games I go to when I am more than happy to pay a premium.  COYR!

Personally don't think he has. Davies defensive performance vs Fulham in the first leg of the play offs in 2018 was a defensive masterclass, he was absolutely phenomenal. He seems to do better than most do against Fulham, it was only the 3-0 defeat in 2019 where he didn't.
