I agree.Playing that last game of the season and waiving his right to claim against the Club was just awesome.Strikes me as a great role model and a positive influence in the dressing room.

It would be nice if he could agree a 1 year deal on the agreement we sell him for the first reasonable bid that comes in. That could be his thanks for the club not sacking him along with the guy who didn't commit a serious offence.

Just wanted to come by and thank you all for this marathon thread which I have spent far too many hours following. Great finish of a Rollercoaster thread (only matched by the legendary George Thorne Thread). 
So happy to be able to keep follow the mighty rams from afar which i have been doing since the late 90's. For me it really dosen't matter which division we play as long the pride and passion is alive & present.
And also big thanks for this forum, it's been great for me since there aren't too many Rams supporters around where i live. You all do a terrific job you mods and posters.

If the company had invested in me, helped me learn my trade, offered me professional terms following apprenticeship and a large increase in pay to go with it, then no. If  I thought my skill set could help them through a sticky patch and would be easily transferrable following that period then no. If I'd made a legally tight agreement with them for a further 12 months with no duress  at the time then no.

Those players you mention as “being on high wages” simply won’t be if we contract them. I honestly believe we will have a serious wage structure with maybe some bendy bits for exceptions but absolutely no one is going to be on fantasy salaries. The only rider is maybe a couple of the current squad might be offered a nicer deal that is a short term hit, so we can sell them for something in 12 months time. Thus benefitting both parties.
