I'm not much of follower of music, but I'm fairly certain it isn't "Simply the better" ?

Next 5 away games will be a big say in where we finish...

First half we wasnt great, got in a few times but the final ball let us down. We got their left back booked but then didnt go anywhere near him for the rest of the 1st half. McGoldrick actually looked quite rusty at first but the goal seemed to get him back into his stride.
I dont think the goal will have changed Warnes message at half time. He clearly asked them to play with more energy & pace, something he confirmed im his post match interview. I dont think ive seen a Derby team literally run all over a team like we did 2nd half today.
Could have quite easily been 8 or 9, their GK made a few decent saves, White was unlucky on 2 occasions & Dobbin fully deserved to get a goal.
A nice touch by Collins to give McGoldrick the pen for the hattrick, then for the favour to be returned. Hopefully that goal gives Collins some confidence going into the back end of the season.

Get behind Collins and support him through this lean period …the ball isn’t sticking with him I get it but he’s what we have so get behind him as we need him scoring and I don’t see constant criticism as the way to get him firing 
I’m sure Warne sees the frailties in his game and nothing wrong with us fans having our opinions and all that but it’s been said enough…and he’s all we have and is still capable of goals so let’s get behind him eh?

Always feel we look and play better at home with McG playing off Collins, 1 drops and the other presses. Knights energy will help Hourihane, can then see White coming on for McG or Collins with Knight moving further forward. Sibley, Dobbin & Springett all providing attacking options from the bench too.

The Collins hate is mad, he’s on a bad run but Jesus it’s embarrassing the stick he’s getting 

I understand the fans saying to move on from ex players and Martin isnt a Warne type....but surely Martin on a free is better than having no 3rd choice striker at all. If he joins another top end League 1 club I reckon we will regret it

I don’t like that the business plan is so specific on how we can spend the club’s budget. I accept the need for restrictions on the back of admin, but surely if we have a budget to operate with as a business, how that is used should be a little more flexible. We can’t spend fees on loans, transfers or agents, but can allegedly pay wages up to £12k per week. So we could sign someone tomorrow on an 18 month deal at that price, say Vydra or Wickham as an example. That contract costs something like £864,000 for its duration and is allowed in the rules, yet we can’t spend £250k on transfer fee and pay a younger player with resale value from say league 2 £4K a week for 2 or 3 years which would be something like £634,000 to £826,000 (3 year deal) in total outlay with the potential to sell the player on, making far better business sense for the long term prospects of DCFC and any creditors etc. (all figures worked out on the back of a fag packet so may be slightly out)

Surely it’s better to have him (CM) on the bench and ready should we need him than no recognised senior striker. 
 
im not saying he is first name on the sheet but if we have injuries to JC or Didz  I’d much rather CM be an option.  

If he’d have never played for Derby before and had the same goalscoring record at another Championship side, I feel a lot more would be in favour of signing him.
He’d be a good option until the end of the season at the very least.
