What I will say is that the club have organised this terribly, but that’s nothing to do with the guys that went tonight.
If they proposed an NDA and then put something into place to release the meeting minutes, it should be done in that method.
Instead the club has now allowed people who were there to get unfairly hounded for information. Again, it’s just another red flag that on its own doesn’t reflect much at all on the club, but just shows a lack of thought behind the consequences to their actions. Anyone with half a brain could’ve predicted this a mile off.

Can no one just put if it was positive or not? Like rubbing it in we all know but won’t tell you others till tomorrow …

I trust the attendees to share what they know (or are legally allowed to), but it’s another own goal for the club to say “NDA, but don’t worry fans, we will release the minutes” and then decide to not release the minutes.

Is there any trust left between the club and its supporters?

    @David
We ask the club to engage in better communication with fans, and then tie everyone up who attends with an NDA. That is more bad PR as far as I am concerned, even if it is to let the club publish the minutes first. Then they haven't given the attendees a date/time when they will publish the minutes by?
You keep saying it could only be for one line. Well that isn't true. The NDA I am sure is covering all the content discussed tonight. However, any information already out in the public domain isn't covered by the NDA. I'm not sure how much 'new' news will come out of tonight to be honest.
MM had a great chance to be open and transparent, and his leadership is sadly lacking again for me here. A chance to build bridges with fans (which he and the club desperately need to do) and he's continuously failing.
For the record - you absolutely should attend but I'm with Texas Ram here - this is bad PR from MM and a bad way to approach supporter engagement.

He is getting 10 mins per game under a coach / manager who doesn’t trust him
So hard to affect things in that situation - probably feels he can’t play his natural game and has no opportunity to feel his way into a game. Feels like Rooney is setting him up to fail so he has an excuse to get rid. Of course he’s going to be over exuberant when he gets on.
Just really weird by Rooney. We have no creativity and yet a trialist who whilst talented has very much shown he cannot be relied on in any way, is getting minutes over Sibley. It’s crazy.

Just hope Wayne doesn't go in for a 50/50 with him. If doing that broke Knight's ankle, I can only imagine that it would kill Wilshere.

BPV reacted to Gringo in The ultimate blame
The ultimate blame lies with the supporters, demanding new players twice a year, demanding seat prices to be lower and demanding promotion to the premiership whatever the cost. So the richest man in Derby has run out of cash and the will to carry on subsidizing a club where a  cohort  of supporters want him to “walk away now” and to “eff off” but are evidently not prepared to put their own hands in their pockets in any meaningful way. The facts are (for the benefit of corporal dictionary). The wages are being paid as evidenced by no new charges from the EFL, new potential signings do want to join the Rams as evidenced by the quantity of triallists, previous foot balling debts paid evidenced by the removal of that charge by the EFL, but no this is not enough, the fans want see Mel bankrupted all his money gone and living in a cardboard box under a railway arch, the loss of hundreds of millions of his personal money is not enough, he should be made to eff off so the baying rabble shout. My last word is be careful what you wish for you might get it, he or MSD would still own the stadium, wages would not be paid and more than a hundred employees of DCFC would lose their jobs and the club would be liquidated.
    Would that give you satisfaction?
cutting ones nose off would appear to be the plastic surgery of choice for most on here.

Im on the thinnest of thin ice with Derby County at the moment.
I think this would break it.
He is without doubt our first choice left back next season.
Selling him is bad enough, selling him to Forest wound be unforgiveable.
But on account of the fact that we wouldn't replace him. This would mean that Forsyth would be our only left back for a 46 game season.

I do wonder if we'd be better off just using eligible players in the friendlies. If nothing changes, that's what we'll have to start the season with. I get that not playing the 'trialists' and out of contract players will have fitness issues if they do become eligible, but the flipside is we're currently showcasing them for other teams.
I think if Craig Forsyth is going to be our centre back until January, let him get used to it in preseason. It's a long way from ideal, but maybe the least worst option.

Bit strange your use of the words invest and investors. I wouldn't invest any money into the club at the moment as I wouldn't think I'd get any return on my investment or even get my investment back.
Surely the more appropriate word is donate?
I can't think of any business person who would have thought that Derby was a sound investment, if they are willing to donate their hard earned capital in subsidising the running of the club then fair enough, that's probably why the club has been for sale for aeons now.

    1) I was just asking the question.
    2) Ask most top-level centre backs and they’ll tell you there’s a difference.
