My view on the Boro, WW situation is clear, currently neither of these clubs have any legal claim against the Rams and will not until they get judgement in a court of law/LDP
The administrators can book the claims if they wish on the balance sheets as "contingent liabilities", but these would not crystallise until there was a judgement or an out of court settlement, I am looking forwards to seeing Boro's next set of accounts to see if they state their claim on their balance sheet, as deferred income?
I am a gambling man and would definitely have a side bet that these claims will come to exactly nothing. The EFL cannot do anything unless there is a judgement against the Rams and as such any Wrist slitting about this is pointless and a waste of time. I believe that either interested party coming in will tough it out with both clubs with " And if you think your hard enough bring it on" Ashley loves litigation as do most USA companies, given the state of Boro's finances I cannot see that they have deep enough pockets to fight a lot cause.

Southampton were sold for £100 million in cash and the new buyer another east European assumed £105 million of debt so the effective sale price was £205 million, also of note was that some of that debt was owned by MSD

Well you continue to see things with "Everything is Mel Morris fault" spectacles. If you take those special spectacles off you will see a lot more clearly.

    1) Nixon's claim is .. well Nixon for a start. Also contradicted by Kirchner himself who says that MM has lost control of PPS.
    2) Even taking Nixon's claim at face value the stadium is being offered at £20 million which is quite some discount to the independently assessed value of £81 million from 3 years ago.
    3) There are legal charges against PPS charged  against The Rams in admin (for the long lease) and against Gellaw (the freehold). So whoever buys either may have to discharge the amounts due to MSD under these loan agreements, or take on the debt themselves. Either way the amounts due to MSD will add to the cost of buying the Rams or PPS or both.
    4) Even so Qunatuma has said all the credible buyers including Kirchner wanted to buy PPS as well as the Rams.
    5) But  it may well be that MM whether by accident or design is now offering PPS to the buyers at no gain to himself, effectively offering his interest in it (if it still exists) for free.
    6) Quantuma has said Kirchner's bid was too low, and he has been out bid. Agreement in principle has been reached with MM and with MSD. So neither of them are holding things up. And who says any buyer has to buy PPS anyway?
    7) Agreement has not been reached (last time we had update from Quantuma) with Gibson or Couhig..  and Nixon appears to confirm that is still the case.  Can I suggest you direct your bile at these two parasites?

Same starting line up. Have to reward those who've been playing their hearts out. Be prepared to make subs on the hour mark though. Wazza has seemed more decisive and quicker to change things up recently so that'd be my game plan, but he's not got much wrong in recent weeks so I'd be confident in whatever side he selects right now.
On that note, dropping Ravel and the King has been an absolute masterstroke as they've been properly pumped when called upon having looked leggy beforehand. Coming out like uncaged lions now. CKR has clearly hated not starting but has responded brilliantly to the challenge. He seems so calm in the critical moments right now which is a new and very welcome development. He and Ravel also developing an almost psychic understanding and the latter now clearly understanding that he doesn't have to do it all himself. A lot of mutual respect between those two lads and it's a joy to see. And are we seeing Ravel finally start to settle at a club and could that unleash the extra gears I feel certain he possesses? Pretty sure the King has taken him under his wing as there's some commonality there in terms of their backgrounds and history.
Back on strategy, giving a rampaging Festy 30 minutes against tiring legs seems to work brilliantly too. He's a player who clearly loves the game and as some good judges on here predicted, he's even more of a handful running from deeper. Some real healthy competition for game time at the moment then, despite the low head count. Jozwiak also looking like the player we see on international breaks now, possibly because those around him are playing better? I'm certain it's just a lack of confidence that's stymied his progress but he looks a different prospect in a side playing with a bit more confidence. I'm sure too that he and others are responding to the fans. Gone are the groans and moans at every little mistake, now replaced with the most staunch support in the EFL. Can't underestimate how that helps the players, especially those a tad short on confidence.
Nod to Stearman too who seems a model pro giving plenty every time he gets his chance and clearly not sulking when he doesn't. We look like a proper team at the moment rather than a collective of individuals. Wazza galvanising the players into a side that reminds me of Sheffield under Wilder so he clearly has more man-management skills than I'd supposed. There are a few sides we absolutely can't match man for man in terms of raw ability, but we do have some quality too and none can match our lads for team spirit right now.
Last unheralded member of a team on fire, who clearly deserves a big up is our very own @Inverurie Ram for the quality match threads. Inspirational AND informative. Keep working your magic fella! Another 2 or 3 weeks and you'll have dragged us close to achieving the impossible. Legendary status awaits!

The winding up order in January 2020 was withdrawn after a few days. The bill was settled, so that's a non-issue. The current bill is due to the lack of income during the pandemic lockdown and reduction in income ever since. The admin team have estimated a funding gap due to COVID of between £30m and £40 m. are they rewriting history?
The notes to the accounts in 2016 made it clear we had changed the amortsiation method and if anything EFL thought we were using a more non-compliant method than were actually were ..using non zero values for players who coudl leave on Bosmans .  So if they were misled they were misled into thinking we were very non-compliant when we were not. So why didn't they bring action earlier? There really is no excuse for the EFL to be ducking us around like that. Your stuff in bold is itself very misleading and wrong.
Also the EFL redid the accounts for us , we accepted their redone accounts just to bring it to a close doesn't mean their accounts were any more right than ours. They do not have a duty to seek  penalties for potential breaches (or even actual breaches, necessarily) , they were just throwing mud and hoping some would stick. And they were seeking to relegate us if they possibly could any which they could.
So that's why the fans are still singing "duck the EFL" and really hoping that we can overturn the 21 point deduction, stay in the Championship and really stick two fingers at them.

I know it seems a long way into the season but... we have to let him settle in and find his home, which for him takes longer than most.
I think its telling that he's now played more games for us than he has for any other perm move in his career, and the only other time being a loan spell at Brum back in 2013.
I think he's starring to settle in and actually enjoys being here from his social media etc.
I hope for his sake, he stays and becomes part of whatever squad we have in the future.

I bet the morons at the EFL are absolutely devastated by the outpouring of admiration for this club tonight.

I attended the WBA game as I needed to be in the UK for business, but disaster nearly struck as my youngest grand daughter had received tickets from her soccer coach to watch peterborough, fortunately after bribing her with some Rams goodies, ( track suit hoodie etc) she agreed to accompany me to pride park, happily I can now confirm that she is now a 100% Ramsfan.
she loved the “ music “ from the south stand but could not understand why the south stand were “bobbing” up and down. So henceforth the song should be “we are going to bob in a minute” and “if you can’t fxxing bob your a red”

Its all very strange, at the time we signed Rooney the newspapers reported he was earning £2.6m per annum and that DCFC had agreed to match that.
1 year later they were reporting that we were paying him £90k per week.
Since then he has ended his playing career which, one would assume, also led to a variation of his contractual pay in a downward manner.
I dont believe for one second that as a manager of a Championship club that WR is earning £90k per week.
