Yes because in Derby everyone wears Derby shirts everyday of the week and everywhere you go there are Derby flags hanging out of people houses. Get real, you’re trying so hard to pretend Leicester are some small club and Derby county are on Man Utd scale of support. You struggle to take 1500 to Leicester most years in the championship. Derby the city and the club are completely forgettable. I genuinely couldn’t tell you anything about Derby in terms of fame. Is there anyone famous from Derby ? Proper nothing City stuck in between two big city in Leicester and Nottingham. 

Yet Leicester and Derby attendances have always been similar and Leicester all time home attendances is higher then Derby’s. I don’t get why you’re acting like Derby have a big fan base when they clearly struggle to take more then 800 away fans midweek. 

What about in 2007?
I mean, it’s another reason to say ‘well done’ you went from league 1 to champions in about 8 years, and fa cup winners 5 years later. But you definitely weren’t the top team in the East Midlands at that time. 
I lived in Leicester for a good chunk of my life from 2000 to 2013 and barely registered that Leicester city existed. 

I do like the way the Mail backtrack on yesterday's headlines - our points deduction is now "likely next season if at all" as they move on to "fans refusing to buy season tickets if they are kept in the dark". Where on earth have they got that from? ?

Even by the Mail's standards, that's a truly pathetic attempt at a "story" and simply clickbait because it has the word Rooney in the headline. One intro, with nothing whatsoever to substantiate the allegation, not even a source, then rehash from cuts. Pathetic.

No one is upset, it’s you that’s upset! Why do you care what Derby fans think!? I couldn’t care less what Leicester fans think and neither could the rest of Derby’s fan base in all likelihood

I think people tend to go for extreme views regarding Mel Morris and his tenure. There have obviously been mistakes made, there seemed to be a lot of meddling, frequent sackings etc which I wasn’t a fan of. Now we have this EFL fiasco, although whoever is in charge of finances, CEO? Or financial director should be scrutinised also.  On the other hand, fine margins, had we gone up against Villa or not crumbled in seasons before we could be a Premier League club now. If we had beaten QPR, Morris could have enjoyed the financial clout of Prem football. He backed his managers in transfers too. How many chairman don’t? If recruitment hasn’t been up to scratch, it can’t be all on Morris, has to be recruitment team or managers who need to shoulder the blame also. He’s also invested heavily in the academy, we are producing good young players now, surely more than a decade ago for example. 
I can’t agree he’s been a disaster for Derby, neither has his tenure been a resounding success. 

Aside from all this, hope his health improves
