Tbh he’s done nothing since Sheff Utd at home. Offers very little. His only attribute is his pace and he never uses it. Ebiowie much better in all aspects. 

Playing ok and seeing plenty of the ball. Just need to move the ball quicker in the final third. No real clear cut chances for either team yet.

The problem with Sibley last season and early this season was conceding silly free kicks in dangerous areas at crucial times in the game. I think this is why Rooney doesn't trust him. Hopefully he cuts this out as there is definite potential there.

If Everton get relegated I can't see him going there, providing our takeover goes through. They are in a real mess from top to bottom. It would be straight out the frying pan into the fire. If we are on a level footing he'd be better off staying with us.

Isn’t this an existing problem. The money will run out and the takeover has to happen. I guess EFL could expel Derby from the league if it’s dragging on too long. Hopefully it will be sorted with CK.

The thing that concerns me, is that this season (like a lot of recent seasons), we've generally done well against the teams that have tried to play decent football against us (Fulham, Bournemouth and so on) and we've struggled against the cloggers that have tried to kick us, stop us playing and out-muscle us.  League 1 is going to be almost entirely filled with cloggers, especially when they play against us. Very few teams are going to rock up at Pride Park and try and out-play us.  They'll want to make it difficult for us on their big day out etc.
So assuming we carry on trying to play decent football (and if Rooney is here, I'd be amazed if we don't), the question is, are we going to be good enough to out-football the League 1 cloggers?

Nice little story about Chris Martin from yesterday.
He had promised one of our really regular fans a signed shirt just before lockdown. Life took over and he was subsequently transferred out without seeing her again.
She stopped behind to see him earlier in the season away at Bristol City away and mid conversation he recalled about the shirt.
Knowing he would probably see her again yesterday, he brought the signed Derby shirt, which he'd obviously saved, with him to give to her. Genuinely nice bloke.

This season has been one of, if not, the best in my 27 years as a ST holder. The bond built between the club and the fans is unbelievable. But most importantly for me is how my lads have taken to it. I was worried I was losing the younger one to Chelsea (Mason Mount link) through covid. But this season, especially since Xmas he has absolutely loved it, singing and shouting all game and now wanting to go away too, he’s had a ST for 4 years but has really got black and white in the blood now. Same with the oldest, at nearly 16 it’s not cool for him to come out with me but he is now the same wanting to attend all the games home and away and even a ST next year. 
 
Thanks to Wayne, the staff and the players for bringing this club as tight knit as it has ever been. Let’s get the takeover complete and see what the summer brings.
