Cam the Ram reacted to rynny in Louie Sibley
I said this in the match thread;
A word for Sibley, I've said that his decision making, with and without the ball, needed to improve if he is to establish himself in the first team and he was superb with it tonight. He passed when he should've, he tracked back, helped Buchanan out more than what Jozwiak did, made a vital block a few yards out, and got the flick on in the build up to the goal.
He carries on like that then he will be back in the starting line up in no time, he just needs to back it up with another performance.

Wasn't a proper standout performance today but hopefully he's done enough to encourage Rooney and his staff to increase his playing time. He's one of the few (alongside maybe Jozwiak) players at the club who is willing to run with the ball at the opposition defence and take risks. I know there are concerns with his discipline, but he's never going to improve with that by sitting on the bench until the 85th minute every week. When Bird, Shinnie and Knight start, the latter is regularly being played in a role that seems ideal for Sibley and no matter how hard he works he just doesn't offer the same attacking threat that Sibley can.

Just pointing out how bonkers it is to try and put Sibley down by comparing him with 1 of the top players in world football.
To answer your question, 'People need to tell me who he is better than in the present team and who he replaces and in what position.'
Who he is better than is all down to people's opinions. I personally think he is a more talented footballer than Waghorn has displayed in recent times but due to our lack of goals and the importance set pieces now have for us, Waghorn is needed because he's probably the best set piece taker we have. And now we've moved to 4-4-2 I think the only two positions he could really fill are Waghorn's right hand wing spot or alongside CKR. He doesn't offer enough defensively for a 2 man central midfield so unless Rooney decides to revert to 3 in the middle I think that spot isn't viable.
In senior Championship appearances Sibley has 5 goals in 28 games and that includes 14 of which were from the bench. Waghorn, Lawrence and Jozwiak have got 3 in 57 between them this season (12 of them were off the bench). I don't think it's completely unreasonable that so many of us Derby fans are wanting and hoping Sibley gets more of a chance when our current creative and attacking players have been so poor this season.

I still reckon we should have bought him when we were linked with him, he’d be pretty decent in the championship

Cam the Ram got a reaction from Red Ram in George Thorne
Mel had to pay West Brom 15k per Championship appearance he made. George didn't specifically say whether that only applies to Derby Championship appearances or just Championship appearances in general, but it sounds like it would also apply to the latter as he was priced out of a loan move to QPR. He claimed he spent a whole transfer window trying to sort out a move to QPR on loan who had McClaren in charge but Derby wanted way too much money for it, then on deadline day he was presented with the chance to go on loan to a League 1 club who would likely be in a relegation battle. He then had to train with the kids and it was over a year later he was finally told of the clause that had caused his omission from the team.

Consequences of many decisions/actions made by Mel Morris over recent years. It's all finally catching up to us.

Having a look through the Wolves' forum and they are very impressed with RamsTV. Plenty of compliments for both the camera quality and number of shots and the commentators too
And as I type that the stream goes off air. Great timing ?
