inter politics reacted to Dimmu in Holding out for a hero
You lot have a short memory.
When the going gets tough, you turn to Waggy. He'll find his unstoppable inner beast for the most meaningful matches. Maybe a bit of help from the other unsung hero and footballing genius, Marlon Pack.

Max Bird - Calf injury, stepped up training and could play against Wycombe.

Oh, and Sonny Bradley still banned following his red card against Northampton, the Wycombe game is the final one of his 3 match ban.

Nelson and Cashin for me.
I'd also like to vote for Adams for the inaugural 'loan of the season' award. As its a new award the trophy isn't ready yet, he can come back and collect it when the transfer window opens. Sign here to say you've received your award...

inter politics reacted to Caerphilly Ram in Liam Rosenior
With us having no game today I was at a loss for something to do so figured I’d join a couple of my Hull supporting mates and watch how our former interim manager gets on today, hoping for a Hull win given the ‘orrible racism Rosenior had to deal with this week;

Clarke was a centre back on loan from Brighton, good player.

Nelson has been the most consistent, Cash best individual performances, NML the difference maker in our attack, therefore NML by a tiny wang

Forget young player, isn't Cashin one of the highest rated defenders of any age in League One?

inter politics reacted to Sam_Brown in Your fans were great tonight.
Probably the best away support I’ve seen at Fratton park this season. Draw was probably a fair result and I’d have taken that if you offered it to me before the game.
Safe journey back gents if you’re heading back tonight. I have a four hour plus drive to Norfolk now 🤣🙊.

a tad frustrated that we lost a lead twice... but no way is a draw a bad result.
A cracking first half as a spectacle, and an almost classic away holding job second half. Nervy throughout, and kind of relieved in the end.
If I'd have read the script before kick off, and new the outcome, it would have got a massive thumbs up from me. We may not have strictly played for a draw, but that draw may be the point that takes us over the line.
A very, very good night.
Well done, Super Rams.

VAR would have ruled out both of their goals. But they should have had a penalty late on.
Good, battling performance. CBT looking better with every game. Ebou is wonderful and Sibley gaining in competence.
Can't fault an away point at the league leaders.

A mention to Sibley, a shaky first 10/15 but after that he did very well against one of the best wingers in the league.

Excellent away performance at top of the league team, they didn't create anything 2nd half, unlucky to be on the end of a worldie, but yes a point I would have settled for beforehand.
Need to back it up at stupid Wycombe

Would the EFL accept both team just shaking hands on a draw and not playing the match?

For obvious tactical reasons, wouldn't surprise me if Thompson comes in for CBT for this one

inter politics reacted to Ram-Alf in Match Thread: vs Blackpool (h)
Just got in, Scoffed my tea and now my thoughts, We were OK nowt more and nowt less, Adams goal sealed it and taken very well, 1st half I was impressed wit CBT went at em when driving into the box, I thought NML was off it but that's just me.
2nd half we seemed to defend a little deeper and let Blackpool have the ball They like to play on the floor and find those little spaces, A scary moment 2nd half when Pool had 3 chances and all were blocked where players put their bodies on the line.
Both keepers had little to do but what they did they did well, Crowd were in good voice and the hail made a racket at HT, All in all a hard worked 3 points...sod the performance those 3 points were earned.
Results from the chasing pack make today a lot better 👌

It's a good chance but not a sitter.
Smashed at him from 10 yards away through a group of players, bouncing in front of him on his weaker foot.
Adams missed the easiest chance by far.

inter politics reacted to Millenniumram in Anything positive going into The Blackpool match?
Bradley is banned.
Can we stick in a frivolous appeal and get it extended?

He said words to the effect of “Nat’s done his hamstring, it happened on the touchline in front of us after a tackle, he grimaced and I asked if he was ok and he said “it’s my hamstring gaffer”, we don’t know if it’s a blow to the muscle in the tackle or a pull”
So could be a dead leg and need some recovery, back next game or the one after…could be a pull that means out for weeks.
