    Today it's been mainly fish

For me it’s been mainly chicken and all the trimmings.

And that’s enough to put this PW thread above that other PW thread!

How do you know what my real thoughts are?

You're just peeking through the keyhole

    I don’t, and I don’t want to know! 😂

Please fill your keyhole with sage stuffing, potatoes and lashings of gravy! 😂

  3. One loss and the Warne Out Out Thread kicks back in, with the best bit from @davenportram  predicting 3 games without a win, and the thread will restart, when @sage has already restarted it, with a bit of humour covering his real thoughts, and @davenportram has already contributed to it, sticking the thread high up in the charts on the dcfcfans forum for the whole wide world to see for any non-Derby County fan instantly jumping to the conclusion that Derby County fans, want their manager out, after a wonderful unbeaten run, after 1 defeat to another good team challenging for promotion, Peterborough, or the Derby County fans that don’t bother reading the content or understanding the fishing gif from Sage, and similar posts, and unfortunately might also jump to the same conclusion, also interpreting that a few Derby County fans want Warne Out Out.

@davenportram posted on the Warne Out Out thread………..

”Looks like I was right when I said once results turned the fans would stop being antiWarne.

I predict that if we go three games without a win this thread will restart”

    ……………………………………………………

So therefore I need to bite back on this Pro Warne thread and state that I read on this forum, that PW swore on Radio Derby in the post match interview after the game. I’ve not heard it, but it sounds like he was angry and disappointed with the result, or the question or both, like many of us were, and he shows his passion, and doesn’t hide and again I love him for it.

I’m already looking forward to the next game where we fight again for a positive performance and the result we deserve from such. 🐏

  5. Lot of riff raff hanging about in this thread recently, get back in your Warne Out Out Thread!!! 😂

    “Are you Bolton in disguise?”………….

Max & Paddy are now on the door of this thread, so get back on your bus!

  6. Unfortunately we live in a world with far too many people that want everything now, and have little respect for anything. Straight to the jugular to criticise anything after an event, but these people are usually the same people that say nothing in a workplace when planning events, planning work and are all over it, if anything fails to live up to expectation. “oh you should have done this, he should have done that, she should have done that etc, but these are the same people that offer absolutely nothing when the workplace asks them at the planning events, planning meetings for the work, with ideas, recommendations, lessons learned, solutions that would help make the event or work successful.

I can see when David Clowes and Paul Warne joined that both have and will get the good good people into Derby County Football Club and have and will make it successful because the people around them stand up and contribute at all the planning meetings and events because good people have patience, respect, and commitment to work in all areas of the club, community to build and when certain results are not achieved or met at certain times, the good good people work together, they don’t go straight for anyone’s jugular and hang them out to dry or terminate their contracts or make them redundant, they look at the bigger picture and concentrate on all the positives achieved so far, and work together to eradicate any negatives they can see as a team and make the improvements individually, collectively and as a team with respect, patience, support and good will.

So I’ll continue to love and support David Clowes, Paul Warne, James Collins and everyone that wears the Derby County Ram with Pride & Respect. 🖤

PS…..Absolutely p1ssing it down today with strong winds in Aberdeenshire, trees down all over the place, trains cancelled, but I certainly will not criticise anyone or anything for the weather, it’s weather it’s what weather can do, it’s not sunny everyday in the UK, it’s weather, and the weather also has to be respected, and with patience, and trust in the good good people that have to try and make it a successful and safe place for us all to enjoy our lives, that is what I will do 🐏 🖤 🌞

This forums somehow become a provincial town centre in the 80's, at chucking out time on a Saturday night.

We've had a bit of football, we've had a dozen beers, now let's get some food and hopefully a dust up before we make our way home.

    Enjoy your kebab, we’re nightclubbing.

Firstly, I didn't mean to infer it happens at every stadium, for every game, in Germany.
I did a quick Google a couple of weeks ago, and it was mentioned that to get in the Yellow Wall section at Borussia Dortmund, they use their ticket to get in to the stadium, then again to get into their assigned block within the stand.
Apologies for not being more specific.

Secondly, apologies again for missing the fact that tickets were asked for at both the bottom AND top of an otherwise enclosed staircase.  My bad for not concentrating harder when reading a post... or double checking the wording when making a quick informal response on an internet chatty forum.

I can't do anything about the pomp and circumstance to which you refer, unfortunately, and it goes without saying that I'm devastated to hear about the evictee, but again, I feel powerless to do anything about that.

What I can do, however, is ask admin to take down my misinformation without further ado, for fear of rupturing the next readers veins... and pray for your forgiveness, of course.

Now take a sip of sherry, and calm theesen down.

    🙄🍻

And for those that have had too many sips…….🍷

I'm a reasonably diplomatic, boring, steady middle aged bloke.

I'm reasonably well educated and can write reasonably well so try to choose words on this forum that express an opinion that may be different to others, without deliberately causing offence. I certainly don't have 'poor writing' or 'poor vocabulary' as anything like an excuse if I were to cause offence.........but, without being patronising, I do understand not all so-called offensive posts are intended to be offensive.

However, it's apparent that I'm not alone in finding it tiresome that almost every single thread deteriorates into a game of point scoring, oneupmanship and, increasingly, forum archeology, in order to be unpleasant to one another.

There seems to be, in equal measure, deliberate attempts to cause offence and seek offence and it's just not great reading. I'm not in the slightest bit supportive of closing down debates or censoring differences of opinion but the number of personal spats with unpleasant language is getting beyond a joke.

I can't blame the mods because, individually, most of these posts fall below the threshold of complaint but, collectively, they make this forum so much worse than it could be.

I came to this forum for camaraderie when we nearly went under as a club - and it was a source of great comfort, information and humour.

It's got to the point where I'm considering signing off and and using the Telegraph and Radio Derby as my main non-matchday links - they have limitations but they are civil.

Any ideas what we can do?

@Ian Buxton's Bat we can stop worrying about other people especially those with the unpleasant language.

Enjoy what makes you happy @Ian Buxton's Bat and carry on being a wonderful person as that’s all you can do.

Those that choose to have personal spats are not worth your time, so try to avoid reading them or put them on ignore, I’m not sure how you do that, but a nice mod will help you with that.

    Enjoy the music.
