That's exactly why footballs in a mess. Why should anybody have to "Bankroll" the club? It should operate within its own cash flow and budget accordingly and not be allowed to do anything else by the football authorities.. Until football is made to do that then we will still have clubs getting in a mess.

I'm watching from Germany, when you land try refreshing the screen.

Great stuff Simmo, good to see him back in action, great player and all round decent fellow.

The RR logo is a much protected trademark, and it is only licenced to BMW so they can use it on the cars they produce down at Goodwood. They will not be happy to see it copied and used without their permission. Even joint venture companies RR are a shareholder of have to be approved and ask permission to use it.
So when VW bought the old RR Motors factory in Crewe, from Vickers, which R-R had just bought, they had to ask to use the logo and R-R declined. So VW now make Bentleys in Crewe, and BMW make Rolls-Royce cars in Goodwood.
Branding eh?

Derby 3 Millwall 0. FRGS Knight.

The admin in his last interview also mentioned bonus payments being saved, which I assumed was to do with either Shinnie or Marshal (Or both) So probably a combination of wages saved, bonus payments avoided and possibly payments due to other clubs. Hence a positive contribution to negative cashflow!

Boro 1 Derby 2 FRGS Lawrence.

Unfortunately the culture of football supporting for a minority ruins it for the majority. Full of ale, coked up, throwing beer, throwing smoke bombs, standing in all all seater stadiums, foul and abusive language and chants etc etc. then we have bottles and coins being thrown vandalism to stadiums and vehicles. Its time the majority dealt with these idiots, and the clubs and police did their bit also!
If not careful the case for safe standing will get ruined also, destroying years of research and campaigning.

Once again fannying about in their own 18 box. Rubbish.

Huddersfield 0 Derby 1. Late winner from Plange!

I think that given our situation this is a good deal for us. A player nobody had heard of 3 months ago, a good cash deal, and we get to keep him until the end of the season. The cash generated quite possibly avoided us having to offload Lawrence or even another of our bright young players.

Shocking, I hope she has not ruined the chance to correctly prosecute by putting it on social media?

I wont pay for sky as a matter of principle. I buy Rams TV and day trips overseas. At least the cash goes direct to the club. Can we bombard them with pictures of what they missed?
-
Yes, it needs to be very family friendly language or it will look bad. Lots of "Since I was young" etc and no duck words, or the whole thing will reflect very badly. Lets make it a family thing, lots of youngsters and no beered up, coked up duckwits anywhere near the place.

Its the wages that we are saving, which is our major cash outflow, which means less cash has to be found to keep us going. Lawrence is earning over a million a year dont forget. Marshall probably somewhere over £750k per year, Shinnie similar, Jags and Baldock best part of £500k per year.. add in the others and we have saved more than £2.5 million in cash outflow.
Lawrence another £1.3 million on top of that.
Its all about cash and creditors now, we wont be handing out contracts like that for a long time, and I suspect very few championship clubs will be either.

Derby 3 Birmingham ). FRGS Bird.

I doubt he will get anything like he is currently on anywhere apart from parachute clubs.

I thought Sanj from Pujabi Rams spoke well. On the national 6pm national news that's pretty good publicity.

I would fund 100% debt removal, buy the ground, and put both ground and training facilities into trust. All player wages would be hugely reduced to around 60% of turnover. Ticket prices would reduce. Club to be professionally managed, no dabbling from the owners!
Then I would campaign for a similar model across the EFL, no more egos allowed to run clubs at a loss.

North stand is the family stand. quite a wide spectrum of people there, and a dedicated family area down in one corner I think. Everybody sits, and language is generally not foul. Perfect for kids. Despite what some will say, we all get behind the team vocally too!
