Ewe Ram reacted to 1of4 in The match day feel good factor
Always feel great when walking away from the game with a win, no matter how we achieved it.
But today came away with an extra little bit of satisfaction. Watching Steve Evans get p1ssed off on the ninetieth minute. Also him then stood on the sideline pointing to his watch, desperately complaining about time wasting while Wildsmith took a free kick. After he'd smugly sat in the dugout watching his own keeper waste as much time as possible all game. Nearly gave me as much pleasure as Sibley's goal.

The second half atmosphere was a big plus for me. It was a complete upgrade from the first half, it helped to spur the team on, drowned out the away support and helped to make the second half far more enjoyable. Even the irregular attenders in our section were swept up in it. Brilliant, keep it up everyone, I'm sure the players appreciated it.
Other positives:
- the team stood up well to Stevenage's physicality.
- Bradley had his best game for the club.
- Sibley scored a great goal.
- We gained points on several rivals especially Bolton.

One thing that was particularly great about today’s win was the contribution of Smith, Bradley and Sibley.
It’s great to see players who had been written off in some quarters play an important role in an important win.
As we’ve seen with all of the injuries, we are going to need everyone to play their part.

@May Contain Nuts
Please read @Archied s opening post above.
You can find other threads not so positive but the OP has specifically asked for posters to be positive about todays win. Its not really hard to find somewhere else to moan is it?

I think this was a win and type of performance you need to get out of this division. I’ve enjoyed the last 2 games, both professional performances. 13 points out of 15 since Reading, opened a gap on 3rd and applied a bit of pressure. What’s not to be happy about?

Reiker are the best shoes. Always comfortable straight out of the box.

Nobody has ever established Rotherham in the championship, and probably never will.
It's a nonsense to try to use it as some kind angle to denigrate Warne.

Ewe Ram reacted to Jourdan in Paul Warne
You can mention his past all you want, but it’s just one experience at one club at the end of the day.
Just because he couldn’t establish Rotherham in the Championship doesn’t necessarily mean he will automatically fail here.
In the same way look at Chris Wilder and Nathan Jones. They had great success in the Championship at one club but couldn’t replicate it elsewhere.
We’re not a replica of Rotherham. I think being in the Championship with a club with greater potential and backing could produce very different results for Warne but equally he could struggle. We have to wait and see.
The way you carry on though, we might as well throw in the towel the moment we get promoted.

Got it spot on today against a awkward, fouling and distinctly horrible side.
Well done Warne 🤣🤣

I loved the humour of our fans. I can’t stand Steve Evans and ‘fat boy, fat boy what’s the score’ was funny.
Loved the atmosphere today and the fans and team raised their game second half, it felt like one of those times when we all believed it was going to be ok.

I'm not sure some of us realise how important the home support can be in seasons like this. We're not going to play like Man City so we have to get behind the players from the off.
Poor control, bad pass, a slip or mistake........roar them on rather than moan. Encourage every player, all the time,
It will be the difference between staying in this god awful division and going up,

Can we please have this one thread as a place where people can come in to enjoy the after glow of matches we get a good result for fans that enjoy that kind of thing between now and the end of the season , it’s not a big ask , it’s not trying to ban anyone and if your not a troll or someone just out to spoil the mood or enjoyment for others then I’m sure you won’t want to post in here ,
today feels great to me, if you feel good about today post away and post in here till season end ,
Roll on next Saturday

Directly contributed to 22 goals in the league (24 all comps).
He’s potentially the league’s POTS not just ours.

I love that interview tbh.
So much sense spoken by Warne.
Made a good point to Dom about the effect of criticism and more importantly he avoids the obvious/easy answer in claiming that he knew things would turn.... and admitting he/you don't. You do what you can and see how it goes and hope it all comes good.
Disregarding the style of football, I struggle to see how anyone can find fault with his attitude towards management here.

I think some people are just getting their ducks in a row ready to continue criticising Warne even if he gets us promoted and to become an established Championship team. Perhaps they're beginning to worry. 😀

I make no secret of the fact that I like warne , in fact I like warne and clowes as the team/ figurehead s of our club , there’s an honesty, integrity, decency and stability that is really refreshing after the last few years , I then put that alongside the fact that we are getting results and challenging for promotion and I like it , im not unhappy that we are next to top scorer’s in the league we are in because watching derby is not dependent on how we go about being next to top scorers , I then put that together with the fact we are not leaky as a holed bucket so have the best goal difference and when I weigh it all up I’m pretty happy with how we are progressing from a dire position , some are not happy in fact some are very unhappy, fair play to them that’s how they see it , my opinion won’t change a thing in they’re thinking , I don’t really get it but it’s clear they don’t get where I’m coming from on it 🤷🏻♂️

This is simply a hunch with nothing tangible to back it up.
How you can say this with such certainty is beyond me.

How many times have you sat at a keyboard and typed this nonsense out? You are bashing your head against a brick wall.
If promoted the aim will be consolidation and who is to say Warne will not be able to deliver that? The owner will have a far more realistic perspective than you.

Lets stick to facts. The games against our top 6 rivals MAY settle our fate. We could lose them all and still end up top two, as there are so many other games for the teams involved.
Your steady dripping of poison is very tedious and bears no relation to the results/points we are currently achieving.

Does love to duck and dive that bloke.
I thought DC would kept him in temporarily to go through the books, make sure there were no more nasty surprises in our way, then let Pearce go, thanks for your service etc.
I know there's many NDAs in place and we will never get to the bottom behind the truth of our downfall. I'm at peace with it now. Let's see if Pearce can redeem himself with the faith DC has put into him.

The trouble with the NHS is that it is now expected to be everything to everyone. I really believe that there are lots of things that, if you want them, you pay for them. You keep taking more out than goes in and you get what you now have - impossible situation. And I work in the NHS.
