I don't think there has been a direct quote from Kristian about not wanting to play in League 1. There was a quote from the Poland manager saying he needed to be playing in a higher league to be considered for a world cup squad spot and I'm sure his agent has been trying to make a move happen.
However, KB is going into training and doing what is asked by LR and the coaching staff. We shouldn't be led to think he's demanding a move due to a Turkish journalists translated tweet. He's showing more professionalism than Byrne and I'd be happy if he plays a part for us this season.

Definitely not Nyambe, he is broader than Wisdom. Also, would expect him to have trial at lower PL/top championship teams.

For the record I'm not trying to call you out for being a racist. I'm sure you're not, but I don't see the point in unnecessarily highlighting the point in your first post on the matter then not owning it when it's pointed out to you.
If your first post was more along the lines of: "Would it be bad if I objected to anyone called Blackman being signed after how poor Nick Blackman was for us?" Then we wouldn't have had this little tête-à-tête.

Depends on your reasons, but the fact you've brought it up (and posted it as a comment) already would probably point to some sort of subconscious racism, whether you like it or not.

Not sure you're just arguing for the sake of it. If the lad signs I'll be happy and support him, if we go down other routes for LB then I'll get behind whoever plays there.

Roberts is mainly a CB who has played LB before.
I don't see any harm with attempting to bring a more attacking style full back into the squad. I'd expect the wages and fees being discussed to be well within our budget too.
Even if Forsyth signs a new deal, do we expect him to be available for every match next season? Then do we know we can find a suitable long-term replacement after that?
What if Roberts doesn't quite work out at left back in Rosenior's system? This is the sort of signing that makes sense to add more competition and depth in areas we are stretched.
