Will the overly woke posters be congratulating each other when we get liquidated after he says sod this and takes his money elsewhere?.

Folk are so desperate for a preferred bidder that if Vladimir Putin put in an offer they'd pull up a seat for him and pour him a large VAT.
No one is about to be announced tonight or tomorrow. Have an early night.

yet again you quote 'facts' that are no more than guesswork on your part - that (along with your insistence on repreatedly posting the most negative comments) is why you get stick.....
Who says it's guesswork?

I think everyone has to accept that liquidation is now an almost certainty. Lot's of posters have said it in recent day's and bizarrely haven't been given any stick for stating it, that vitriol has been reserved for a miserable sod like me.
For what it's worth has no-one stopped to consider that Mel is ill and is practically skint in terms of liquid cash, I very much doubt he could gift the stadium back to the club even if he wanted to.

There's no guarantee a preferred bidder would complete a takeover so don't start popping the pomagne corks just yet. Also the mystery third bidder is going to disappoint a few people.

And one day you might be right. But I doubt it.
Doubt all you like. I sincerely hope we have a happy ending I really do.
I'm afraid you're all in for disappointment no matter where we finish this season.

I said months ago it's only going one way. Don't throw way you're DCFC keepsakes and memorabilia.

I can't see anyone buying the club as an investment, not in the current climate anyway with inflation rising, a war that is on the verge of escalating.

Since liquidation seems almost inevitable where does a phoenix club stand financially regarding football debts and the tax bill ?.

What's the betting that somewhere along the line one of the bidders is using funds linked to Russia? Hence the clarification of "certain details".
-
"Shortly" ! They don't do themselves any favours do they. Have they used "In due course" ?
-
Are there any more descriptions of timescales that haven't been used yet ?. I only ask because I've ran out of them as excuses for putting a shelf up.

I can see the Administrator's having to take out loans to see out the season. Who are the corporate pay day loan specialists?

The Admins have probably forgotten there are only 28 days in February.

Good man, stay single. Don't let yourself into a life of misery, before you know it you'll be hen pecked non stop, everything will be your fault, the way you fold towels will be wrong, you'll peg washing out the wrong way.
The list is endless.

That's the spirit.
No doubt you'll take great pleasure in telling us "I told you so" if it happens.
On the contrary. I stand to lose a lot in the event of liquidation.

Not at all, it was a figure of speech. We are being liquidated.
