I got to the front of the queue and any single seats had just sold out. Anybody that was in the ticket office waiting or coming in they took our fan id's and put us on a waiting list and will call to give us tickets to guarantee we will get them before the mad onslaught from online sales. 
Fair play to the ticket office staff, they do a great job.
