Tomorrow is day one of what is almost certainly going to be "An interesting season"!

I sincerely hope you are giving it the same excited attention as the rest of us Rams fans.

If the reasons for the delay in posting your report from the meeting is in any way stressing you out... walk away from it... NOW!
Forget your well meant intentions.  Forget any "promises" you may have made.  And most importantly, ignore any flak being thrown in your direction, whether that be full on abuse, or poorly delivered banter.
You are not representative of Derby County Football Club, hierarchy or boot room, and you should not be bearing any burdens relating to such.
You are just a bloke that runs an internet forum... for the benefit of others.  No better, no worse, and no more important than the countless factory floor workers, office workers, and street cleaners amongst us.
Crucially, you owe us nothing.  If anything, we owe you, for providing us with this excellent forum of yours... of ours... for which many on here are extremely grateful.
Do what is right for you.  No excuses.  No explanations.  No apologies.  Indeed, if it suits, then don't even make mention of it.  I repeat... you owe us nothing.
Get your arse back on here.  Concentrate on tomorrow's game.  Bring actual real live football back into your life, and sod all those that expect more from you.  Let your minions wield their banhammers if need be, to keep the great unwashed at bay.
This is your manor, and we are nothing more than your guests.  So head up, chest out, deep breath, and let's get this season started.
DO NOT MAKE YOURSELF ILL OVER WHAT HAS BEEN A POO FEW DAYS.

    UTR  ?

*If the above is totally along the wrong lines, and your absence is in any way related to more personal family matters, then I can only offer my sincere best wishes to you and yours.

This is the first post I have seen since opening the thread, and the perfect one to say I'm sorry if you have messaged/mentioned me and I have ignored you, this morning has been chaos in all honesty, I'm not being lazy, haven't stopped since 8am.
I am now just finalising things by getting a couple of points fact checked to ensure that what I put out is completely accurate and not spend the day/evening correcting myself.
Feel like I'm apologising a lot lately, it's just I want to you to know I'm not trying my best here, not looking to tease this out, get more views, likes, attention, nothing of the sort.
I'm being sent screenshots of abuse, tweets and posts asking to verify all morning across different platforms, I'm asking you to please stop, in fact please don't even react to this thread as it will only add further to my notifications I have to work through. Never had to deal with anything on this scale before and in all honesty, I'm struggling as I don't want to ignore any of you.
Thanks again to the many for understanding on the forum, love you all and the positive support from last night makes me proud of what we have all created, I just need a bit more time. ??

Seriously though, none of those options @i-Ram.
If all you have is 1 or 2 you have an echo chamber, not a forum.
Whilst this forum was built on being friendly and having a laugh, there was no intentions to push it into a positive or negative based forum, we just let that develop naturally which is important.
We have been accused of being pro club, censored opinions, protecting Mel, yes men and being paid off, but I'd like to think that the last year has shown that is not the case at all. Yes we have rules against profanity towards ANY person connected to the club, but that's just being respectful. If you can't give your opinion without calling Rooney or whoever all names under the sun, your opinions are not wanted on this forum and we have never hidden the fact.
I'm a fairly positive person, yeah at times I push it to the extreme with a few tongue in cheek posts/topics like I'm going to close the forum after a win as it will be quiet but I'd like to think it's taken in good spirit, not looking to intentionally wind any member up.
We're going to win the league after the Betis game, I mean come on, please tell me nobody took that seriously. I'll leave that to B4 to rally the lads with.
The truth is though it is quiet after a win, I feel like we do have and it's perfectly acceptable, a small number of fans that only feel the need to vent after a loss, the same was as they would jump on Amazon to leave a bad review if the product is crap. They possibly don't see any reason to join in with Cashin looked good today when X number of others have already said the same and would prefer to down a few pints in the pub instead.
It's just how it is I guess, I tend to avoid the forum after a defeat, remember talking to @DarkFruitsRam7 after the Salford game and he was saying the same, no chance I'm off on there tonight.
Works both ways, if I'm not going to be here after a loss, I can't criticise others to be on after a win.
We do try to weed out those that we feel are only posting content to disrupt the forum, but that's difficult to prove and can take a while to monitor their posts, I'm sure we have some now that are probably laughing as they post as they know it will annoy other members but it's extremely difficult to prove outside of Florida.
Personally, I would love to see the balance tip more back to the positive side, not all the way as I don't think the situation warrants that, but the Rooney stuff is getting draining with the constant snipes, I can't control that though, it's just what I would like to see and others will have their own views on that which will differ.
