Serial Whingers Notts Forest playtime, which we simply cannot accept.

Forest continuing to do what Cooper pivoted to 3 games ago now... decided to finally play a midfield and stop being so wide open, and since then they've scored 1 goal (a header from a free kick) and haven't frankly looked like creating a chance. On the flip side, they've equally only conceded 2 in that period.

Watford were similar last season. Won a game or two under Claudio Raineri but they conceded lots of goals. Roy Hodgson came in and they started to pack the middle of the pitch. Conceded far less but scored far less.

Quick look says Hodgson had 18 games at Watford. They had two wins, three 0-0 draws and in seven games restricted the opposition to scoring just one goal or less.

Cooper has probably accepted they aren’t good enough. They’re going down. But he wouldn’t look as bad if Forest managed to get to about 20 points by picking up some low scoring draws and pinching a few 1-0 wins.

That'll never do.

We demand defence with porosity of fishnet tights immediately.

I was just looking to see how many Forest had scored so far this season and it is a very low number, but Wolves have somehow scored even fewer goals!

They have only scored once away from home. And it’s not at all surprising.

They could have played all week at Brighton and not found the net.

At home they’ve grabbed a couple against Bournemouth and Fulham plus the one against Villa, but most were set-piece goals I think.

Having spent 62 million on forwards with another 10 due on Gibbs-White, plus a one off wage bonanza of 6 million for the tik tok kid.  Despite this the constant cry is more game time for the saviour Surridge.  ?
