No it's getting mocked for being in a relegation battle in the Premier League after you've wasted £250 million on 2 teams worth of players but are still reliant on playing the donkeys that you had in the Championship last season. Perhaps he could enlighten us as to what the real figure is? I can't be arsed to dedicate any real time to it, so simply going off the ever-unreliable transfermarkt for a vague idea it's €184.25 / £162m before you start thinking about signing on & agent's fees for the roughly 30 players brought in. They have at least saved themselves some cash on appearance fees and goal bonuses for most of them! ESPN have the figures of £173.5 million for the two transfer windows excluding add ons for Gibbs White which could add another £15.5 million. Factor in the supposed FREE transfers and loan fees and I think you could comfortably call it over £200 million. May Contain Nuts
