I only saw little bits today, but there was one ball from their spinner that pitched and shot along the floor, but missed Came’s off stump. Don’t know if there was many like that though. Thomson is bowling well and might get 4 or 5 wickets but the others need to chip in as well. Have to see how long we give ourselves to bowl them out. Disappointingly, Sussex and Leicestershire jumped above us this season, with the two relegated teams finishing in the bottom 2. Reinforcements to the bowling attack and a bit more in the home pitch and hopefully next season will be better 🤞 The rumors are Samit Patel & Aneurin Donald are coming in. He's contracted until the end of next season, what I've heard is he wants to come, but Hampshire hadn't quite agreed to it yet. Lloyd is expected to be captain. I’ve come to the conclusion that I’ll be dead before Derby County or Derbyshire have success again.
