The team can’t talk to him on a warm up lap. His mistake, unfortunately!

Certainly his decision - but they’d just had 20 minutes sitting in the pit lane to discuss possible strategies. Rosberg on commentary said it was so dry that they should all pit for tyres - amazed they hadn’t put that forward as an option or if they did, that he chose not to…..

Paused it and went for a shower so only just catching up with the post race content.

Hamilton was gasping for breath during his interview, really struggling to talk, then looked like he was going to collapse on the podium.

Exhaustion, dehydration? Didn’t look great at all.

Vettel DSQ due to lack of fuel sample.

Sickener.

Pretty gutted for Seb/Aston Martin - a technical reg that's black and white and in no world something they'd have intentionally be trying to gain any advantage from, but, technical regs are absolute and if you're foul of them you're disqualified. The rule has been around for ages and everyone knows it and complies with it.

It's also true that being 0.7L short on fuel would mean the car effectivly ran underweight in the race but I don't think this has come by anything other than a miscalculation about how much fuel Seb could use in the closing laps (turning the engine mode down, little less agressive on the gas when you're trying to take a race win...)

However, that does move both King Latifi and Super George up the leader board.
