Expect that the bulk of this is tied up in all sorts of ventures and assets that will take time to liquidate. So Gabays fund lends mel (or his company) 80+m while he liquidates other things. He was nice to me when I asked him for some advice on something, but he can't afford to keep having these public embarrassments.
