It's biting at Barnet already. (Who are non leagure, but others will follow)

The Rochdale chairman was on TV news saying that their lost matchday revenue was estimated at quarter of a million which was terminal for them.

Perhaps we could sell our points deduction to Barnet or Rochdale etc.

invite sealed bids. Lowest fee wins.  A very ffp way to shift the liability.

BUT FAIREST

Totally agree the logic behind that statement for your lot. With your current form you might just escape relegation if they do it that way ?

I'd accept a deduction at the start of next season if this season was cancelled.

Be worth it for the Leeds mantrums.

How about points deduction this season which puts us the relegation zone and season is cancelled, no promotion or relegation. Now that would be funny. Gibson's head would explode, Leeds would be in tears for years

If this season becomes null and void. Does that mean everything that occurred during it never happened. So will that mean there's no ffp charges against us. Did the sale of PPS even happen and if not, can Mel sell it next season for even more than 80 million, due to inflation.

Well we better brace ourselves for being found guilty then based on this. Not like we've questioned the legality of the charge itself or revealed that we have written approval from EFL executives for each part of the deal that pretty much set the precedent from the off that we're in the clear... Oh wait ?

And as others have pointed out, by that logic, your owner is a drug trafficking, match fixing crook! He was charged after all ?

And he remains charged, due in court sometime soon
