Andicis
Absolutely mental result from Spurs. English football is back on top! Our teams have the mental resilience that top team from other countries just don't have. Delighted for Poch and Klopp.

SaintRam
If Chelsea + Arsenal both win their ties tonight, which they're in a good position to do, the european finals will look a little surreal ?

Origi (2) - Belgium Wijnaldum (2) - Netherlands Lucas (3) - Brazil Pedro - Spain Lacazette (2) - France Aubameyang - Gabon, French passport You could describe it as a celebration of internationalism. maxjam
I don't particularly care for Spurs or Liverpool (or Man City with that Kompany goal) but you have to say its nights like we've seen this week that make you realise why football is the best game in the world. For the purist Brexiteers, the last acceptable overseas player would have been Matt Le Tissier. Edit: Or Lee Bradbury, of course.

1of4
Chelsea's game into extra time. If it goes to pens, will that make the Germans favourites to go through and stopping the clean sweep of English clubs in the two Euro finals. Just noticed Chelsea have only one Englishmen on the pitch so as long as Barkley doesn't have to take a pen, they chould still win if it goes to pens
