Would love to see Baird back but in truth he's been kept out of the first team too long in my view so he cant be expected to come back 100% match fit...think that's been a mistake tbh. Wisdom done OK but squad rotation happens for a reason- one of those is to keep all the players fully fit and on the edge...

Today's match could be a one tricky challenge for the Rams.

The Wendies are not really in the form of their lives; and aren't flying high at top of the table.

They have a new manager with a lot of experience achieved in Germany.

They stil haven't booked a league win in the league under his guidance.

They also have a lot of injured players at the moment (12).

I have recently watched them in their home match against Cardiff. 

I thought they weren't particularly bad and they also weren't specially good on that day. 

In reality they were somewhere between these two views.

They weren't efficient enough in front of the opponent's goal.

They also played 5-3-2 system which doesn't really suit Rams.
