It won't be half as exciting watching the final day of the Prem as it was the Championship, where there were so many things still to be decided. Yet another reason to bemoan the derisory amount of money Sky pay Championhip clubs for the TV rights in comparison to the Prem.

Race for 2nd in the SPL is going along nicely.

Rangers 0-3 down at Hibs in 23 minutes. Now level before HT.

Just seen final score....... wow!

Noticed Celtic’s result...... so Aberdeen second. Hmmmmm

All worked out well in the end. Brendans unbeaten home record gone and 2nd place gone to the most deserving team. ?

Plus, Shay Logan got to give the home fans a nice "wave" at the final whistle to show his appreciation of being booed all afternoon. ✌in reverse.......

Hibs now looking for Celtic to win the cup for a place in Europe, and Rangers spent a shedload to finish 3rd in what should be a 2 horse race.

Shrewsbury v Charlton.... chants from Charlton fans....... ‘ Shrewsbury’s a sh**hole I wanna go home’ They’re obviously a little inebriated as it’s a really lovely town. I know, I’ve drunk there many times ?

4th season in a row that Aberdeen have finished second.

Problem is, that's as far as they'll ever get. For the good of the game in Scotland it's in everyone else's interests for Rangers to close that gap.

The Gerrard appointment could go either way though.

Ill agree to disagree about Rangers needing to be strong. As far as competitive, the league is as good as its been for years, bar Celtic.

The game was on its backside when Celtic and Rangers were spending money like water, fans of other clubs were turing away in droves and every other week was a 5 nil humping.

Now, all the clubs are debt free, bar Rangers, and season ticket sales are at record levels.

I honestly don't think Gerrard knows what he has let himself in for. In theory its a good opportunity for him.

Anyway, for a Dandy don, im a happy chap today ?

Lionel Messi is so far out of this universe that he moment he doesn’t play, Barca go 5-1 down to Levante.

The guy is just so good that his average teammates just find another level when he’s on the pitch.

Also the whole lot deserve throwing under the bus for ruining his legacy. He could have had the unbeatables on his record, yet his donkey teammates just ruined that for him.

This Barca team didn't deserve to go the whole season unbeaten. They are not nearly as good as Pep's Barcelona.

Contrary to popular belief it quite easy to go to one of the lesser Spanish sides and get beat if you are not quite on your game,. Levante have been on a tremendous run of late and deserve this scalp. Good on them.

Messi will have to content himself with a League title, a Spanish Cup and European Golden Boot for this season's effort.
