uttoxram75
Sunday dinner today and the wife decides to introduce mashed celeriac to uttoxram75's table. I thought it was a medical condition. Grandkids thought it were mashed potato and scoffed it so no harm done.

Parsnip
I have some important information about fried eggs. You don't need to waste time basting to get the perfect egg. Just make sure they're fresh and crucially - cover the pan! Then you'll get eggs like this (I made a gif of today's brunch) every time. Bwash_Ram
Fried eggs are best "over easy" so they are just at that gooey stage. Cant stand watery yolks. Oh and they must be lathered in salt Edited November 30, 2018 by Bwash_Ram

Ditch the actifry and pick up an air fryer that doesn’t spin around. Thank me later. If you want to push the boat out pick up one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0001IWVO4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_-oycCbJ9DQZYK The cutter helps keep em all the same thickness so cook even. Boil the potatoes a little, run them through that, splash of oil and into the proper air fryer ?
Parsnip
5 minutes ago, David said: Ditch the actifry and pick up an air fryer that doesn’t spin around I bought a dry fryer from McArthur Glen. I used it once and I said to the mother in law that I wished I hadn't bought it because it was too big for the kitchen. So she took it to her house. She just took it. She literally just told her husband to put it in their car as they were leaving. It was like £100 And she just took it. It's in her kitchen now. I still can't believe it. Air circulates around the basket, your oven doesn’t shake food about does it? 10 minutes give em a quick shake. Actifry you end up with half mash and half chips. Cook em right they taste like they come from the chippy, just a bit less greasy
Day
We’ve got this one, all the bits are dishwasher safe as well.
