He's not achieved, nor influenced anything yet in a Derby shirt. He's been about as effective as Stephen Pearson so far. I'm always think the same with Kinkladze, sure he had talent but how often did he turn up and show it for us?
Parsnip
This is way too hard for me - I know I 'attended' a couple of matches in the Dean Saunders era but I was far too young to appreciate it. Looking back, the players that I've been most excited about seeing live are: Paulo Wanchope (loved that idiot) Taribo West - OMG! What was he doing at derby?? Igor of course. Giles Barnes! I thought he would go on to great things... Will Hughes.

Poom, Wisdom, Barker, Shackell, Carbonari, Hughes, Oakley, Idiakez, Barnes, Martin, Thorne. Subs: Ibe, Reich, Osman (that loan was so vital in keeping us up). You'd have to play it 4-2-3-1 but I think that 11 would be a capable PL team. Isn't that a pasta dish? Wait Carbonara sorry
OohMartWright
As an old git, I would have to go with RoyMac5's side, but with additional mentions for Ted McMinn, Paulo Wanchope and Ooh Mark Wright. This is a very entertaining thread. Brought back some wonderful memories. Who says nostalgia isn't what it used to be?

RamsPolls
Started when I was 8 years old 12 years ago, 2 years before the Prem season. GK - Butland RB - Wisdom CB - Shackell CB - Barker LB - Fozzy CDM - Thorne CM - Bryson CM - Idiakez LW - Ibe RW - Barnes ST - Martin Subs - Bueno, Hughes, Savage (Just loved the guy), Could possibly squeeze Brayford on the bench. I'm afraid I don't have much good players to choose from :(.

Savage gets a bum rap from a lot of people, but he was so good at getting everyone to focus on him he'd take the pressure of everyone else. Not a bad footballer either when he put his mind to it and the opposition fans hated him - my kind of guy.

That's just about the team that was put out for my first visit to the Baseball Ground, I think Barry Hutchinson played up front though. Great memories and then about 5 years later, enter Clough and Taylor and you get most of the players shown elsewhere in this thread. Hard to believe in many ways.....
