Seems harsh for him to not be included after what sounded like an excellent game at Cardiff. What do we think, 4-3-3 with Anya/Ince either side of Vydra? He's not always great in possession and in a team like Derby's that stands out. However, the rest of the team aren't great at doing the ugly stuff which we need from him. We just need to score more than the opposition - when we need to score we just bring three more strikers on and take 3 defenders off. I'd have liked to have seen Elsnik, Rawson and Hanson on there to have wider cover across the team. It looks a bit of a keep first teamers happy move. But anyway first team looks good.
