cannable
Puns have hooked this forum. All you need to do is have a look at Sammon's goals for us to get a clear indication of how his time here as been. 1. Vs. Watford - Robs the defender by shrugging him off the ball before accidentally chipping the keeper. 2. Vs. Blackpool - tap in. 3. Vs. Birmingham - a free header, though it should have been offside. 4. Vs. Birmingham - scuffed his shot which beat the keeper. 5. Vs. Leeds - an unorthodox side foot that only went in because Kenny dived out of the way. 6. Vs. Borough - tap in. 7. Vs. Cardiff - scuffed his shot into the far corner. 8. Vs. Millwall - an unorthodox side foot. 9. Vs. Watford - Toe poke. 10. Vs. Borough - the best of the lot. I don't really know what happened to be honest. The ball bounced slowly over the line while Sammon's face was planted firmly on Shay Given's shin. That says it all about him as a footballer, but as a person, well the image below somes him up. Top bloke. cannable
Yes but still doesn't explain the unorthodox side foot. Do you mean a mis-hit? It wasn't a miss hit, it's how he always hit it when he was close to goal in a one on one. It's the weirdest striking technique I've ever seen. ramafan
Just wondering with Cresswell going to West Ham if Ipswich came in with a bid for Sammon, I hope so because he isn't good enough for us, time for him to move on.
