Ramifications reacted to Caerphilly Ram in Bielik at Brum
    Direct quote from Bielik;
“Derby may shorten the loan period in winter," he said. "Can I imagine playing League One? I'd like to play in the Championship. Derby is my club. I am grateful to them. They will decide."
Taken from this article from October of this year; https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/derby-county-transfer-news-bielik-7687317.amp
Doesn’t seem disrespectful to me. The nature of a footballers career is typically that they want to play at the highest level so no issue with that, he says Derby is his club and he is grateful. Warne has speculated that bringing Bielik back could disrupt the squad harmony and that he wouldn’t want to hold a player to ransom.

It’s not as straightforward as bringing him back and forcing him to play, on one hand it is as we have a recall clause and he has a contract. On the other hand the club did agree a season long loan deal with Birmingham, if the intent was only ever to bring him back in January we’ve perhaps set an expectation by agreeing a longer loan which he has every right as a human being to potentially be upset by. So that’s the human aspect to this player who is both asset and employee. Any employee unhappy in the workplace regardless of their contract can have a big impact on the environment. It could be positive, it could be negative.
The other aspect to consider is the cost implication, Birmingham are allegedly covering a percentage of Bielik’s wages (the exact amount is unknown), if we recall him we become liable for all of that cost. Which may then impact our ability to add other players to the squad as we’re lead to believe the club is still under strict financial restrictions. So Warne and Clowes have to establish if Bielik added to our midfield makes a big enough difference to the performance of the squad to rule out other additions.
Whatever happens I think most if not all of us want what is best for Derby County both on and off the pitch, luckily all we get to do is discuss and speculate on that whilst other people are responsible for actually deciding it. That might be bringing Bielik back, it might be leaving him where he is, it might be selling him on, we have to wait and see.

This is the interesting thing for me.
I'm interpreting Warnes interviews of the last 6 weeks that generally we are playing how he wants us to play, as in move the ball forwards quicker, use width and get crosses into the box, free kicks at halfway line go into  the box etc rather than 6 sideways passes later ending up woth the GK launching it under pressure.....
    But
We aren't showing quality, maturity and technical ability when we get onto the final third  we should have been more than 1 up yesterday at HT.... yet, we've seen that these players have that technical ability to pass and control the ball, just they seem to have forgotten how! That's not something you train out of a player, they should still be able to pass and put a half decent cross in, which really isn't that hard despite how it seems

I suppose for me the issue is style of play. We are committed it seems to kick and rush football whereas to me that is not what I want to see nor is it progressive.
If we get promoted with it do we suddenly change our style and bin off Warnes own players for more fluidity or do we stick with it and presumably do a Rotherham and get relegated a couple of times?
The shame is Rosenoir had these same players playing at a technical level far higher than they are showing now. It's true we couldn't score which caused us problems particularly away from home but that failing is still generally with us.
    Not a happy Ram.

It’s time to get Knight back in this team and NML.
I would personally drop Dobbin and Smith but I suspect many will drop Hourihane.
My issue is that we nullify Hourihanes game with our tactics.
The tactics for me are just awful. No retention of the ball which just invites pressure back on us as we saw today.
I miss the possession game, especially when we have a lead.

I somewhere Lackadaisy made my prediction as if it were a home match.
    Revised predictions below:
    Derby 1-0 Burton
Dire game ends with Fozzy poking in a goal line scramble to win it.
Burton fans get carried away with the big occasion having been released from the malting pits and freed of the pissup organisation duties to see their heros against radio Derby's finest, and attempt to storm the train station in search of a better life, with scenes rapidly deteriorating into something resembling the evacuation of the American Embassy in Saigon.

This is to be my next big adventure- going to a match on my own. I used to regularly but 3 years ago today I was undergoing surgery to find my brain and then to repair the haemorrhage in it! As well as suffering small physical and mental losses, I also lost a lot of confidence. I’ve been setting myself challenges although my partner and family are not very enthusiastic! With this game being so early it means I can be back in Bristol for 5.30 so it’s not too long a day.
I may spend the following couple of days in a darkened room! COYR

DB83 question for you, But I might know the answer, Derby 2 Plymouth 3, Plymouth score the winner in the 90th min through an "aberration" after being 2-0 up at HT, We then move on the Lincoln and lose 2-0, Dubious penalty and maybe a good goal chalked off for us.
Now here's the dilemma, As the owner and after seeing the last 2 performances with still no goals from our away travels, And with Rosenior not apparently having a plan "B" we seem to be at a crossroads, Do you keep with what you have and hope things change ASAP or go for someone who has a pedigree of getting out of this division.
Wycombe at home, We appear to have a plan "B" Knight moves from his RB position to midfield, We win a scruffy game 2-1, Rosenior after the game waves to all the fans...something didn't seem right with his actions, But hey 3 points and beers on the menu, A few days later Warne is given a 4 year contract.
Owners have to do what they believe is right for the club, What Rosenior did in those 9 games was OK, Nowt special just OK, Warne the same nowt special but we're now scoring away goals.
We'll never know if Rosenior would have been a success, He was our coach last season and our away form was shocking.
    What would you have done?

I don't think you can compare what each manager will do at the end of the season. Warne is currently running with the squad that Rosenior put together in a very short time and during is short reign in charge did ok. Someone at Derby did not think that Rosenior was the right man to continue with the club. Warne, in my opinion has inherited a good squad and will see them finish in the top section of the league.
Rosenior has inherited a struggling team at Hull, in which no player adjustment can happen until the January transfer window.

    After 9 league games:
    LR: P9, W4, D2, L3, F9, A9, Pts 14.
    PW: P9, W4, D3, L2, F14, A7, Pts 15.
Position when LR left: 7th, level on points with the play-offs.
Position now: 8th, one point off the play-offs.
Has Warne been an improvement so far?? My assessment is: Home form: worse. Away form: better. Goals scored: better. Points: marginal improvement. League position: No improvement.
Should Warne be sacked on the basis of his first 9 League games?? I personally don't think so. Should Rosenior have been sacked/let go on the basis of his first 9 League games?? I also think no.

I've got to admit that I thought this was the wrong manager to take the club forward. He's doing very good, but he's also inherited a good squad of players that Liam put together. The crunch time will be when he brings in some fresh faces in January and if they are the right fit for the current squad. I believe with a bit of luck and less injuries the gap between us and the top 3 will get closer. I will tip now, that this team will finish in the top 5 of League One, what position will depend on other teams form and the January transfer window and those teams involved having key players not getting injured.
