This sounds exactly like one of those girls who take their ex boyfriend back despite him cheating on her about 17 times because “he promised he’s changed”. Nah, Mel deserves no second chance.
 

Tom Lawrence will be going. Really don’t understand the Buchanan hate, in fact any of the grief flying around for our youngsters tonight. We have the nucleus of a very good young team, but are currently naive and inconsistent. 

It never gets any easier being a Derby County supporter. We should have at least earned a point, but we all knew again that a bang average Cardiff City would get a chance and score, because we have experienced it that many times before.
Our players keep making the same mistakes and repeating them including Tom Lawrence and all the rest and even with the 21 points they would still be making them. Unfortunately we will eventually have to try something different with different players that don't make as many or the same mistakes as our current crop, and will require to have the necessary physical attributes and qualities to be successful in whatever division we end up in, if we still have a football club to support.
And no football authority, it's officials and all the rest are not going to help us achieve anything, we have to do that by ourselves. It's always been that way, and if the FA and the Premier League always want the same teams playing in it, then that's their loss.

It’s been a really tough seven days with three agonising results. But I’d be disappointed if we threw the towel in now.
Yes, we are running out of games and yes, it will take something extra special especially if Reading find a positive result or two from somewhere.
But we have to believe, until the very end.
The Barnsley game holds the key - a win and the return of Lawrence could breathe new life into the season.
I don’t like to talk about must win games but to be honest, that’s what every game at PP is now. The away form is a huge concern. Isn’t that five defeats on the spin since Reading away?
We have to find some inspiration from somewhere. Time for Wayne and Liam to see what they can conjure up.

Please don't display anti Quantuma banners on the march.
We as DCFC fans need to show that we are sticking together and we need Quantuma on side with that, who are obviously doing their best in very difficult circumstances.

I agree with posters worried about both potentially watering down / splitting the message, and about keeping any unruly elements away - as the last thing we need now is any negative press, but imagine how powerful a message it would send out to see fans from other clubs supporting the campaign.
The cat is already out of the bag, and the march has been widely reported. Indeed there are already some Portsmouth fans attending the match to lend some support, as reported on Radio Derby, so I'd be surprised if they've come all this way and don't join in. I bet there are fans of other clubs attending that we don't know about.
Fans from different clubs wearing different club colours marching together could actually make some strong headlines, especially as the Premier League is on it's winter break.
I would imagine if anything, that would increase the potential coverage.

Whether we have a bidder or not, I hope the march still happens. The idea of hundreds or thousands of DCFC fans, all marching together to the match would be amazing, either in protest, or in celebration.

I hadn't seen a post on here about the march so passing the message on.
Ryan the chap who has taken the time to organise everything will be doing media rounds with Ed Dawes & Natalie Jackson so hopefully as many fans as possible will be aware and can attend. Would be great if we can get a few thousand.
I have managed to get 40 / 50 flags so these will be distributed on the day and I will then take these back to get into the stadium for the game.
Will also be a new banner about Save the Club at the front of the march.
In short, an 1130 meet at the Assembly Rooms and slow walk to Pride Park via closed roads thanks to Derby Police and Roger Brown who has sorted this. Expect to arrive at Pride Park just after midday.
Be good if as many as possible can join in to spread the word. This is potentially our last chance to show what this football club means to our city to the wider audience.
