The only positive is that Mel Morris isn't in charge if it did end up in court.
With his track record would mean we would surely lose.

No idea whether this is true, though I did voice a hunch to similar effect when Kirschner pulled out. If it does turn out to be true, Mr Morris is likely to be on the receiving end of a backlash no owner in English football history has experienced. I suppose if he intends to hide behind the locked gates of a mansion for the rest of his life, that might not concern him, but if he plans to venture from his home ever again, he'd do well to bear this in mind as it'd be extremely likely to get very ugly indeed.
