My very own mild mannered brother calls him a rude name. But then my brother is not known for his love of touchy feely management styles. 
personally, I love it when I have a manager who portrays that they like me, they are genuinely interested in me and my life outside work. Managers who don’t acknowledge you have a life outside the day job are never going to get the best out of me. 
I like Paul Warne, as a person, I think he’s a decent guy. 

My advice to any fan who feels this way is, unfortunately, rather old-school : grow a thicker skin, it's not like he's calling you out personally infront of the whole fanbase. Brian Clough was forever calling out Derby sections of the fanbase for not loving his team enough. Different times but, honestly, it's not about YOU - unless you want it to be.

It feel safe to come back and browse again. The members hammering home their point about Warne needing to be out were making the forum horrible. 

I think Nyambe, Nelson and Cashin with perhaps a new left back could do a job as a championship defence. Bird is clearly capable of playing at championship level having done so before, same with Sibley.
If we go we’ll need to improve the squad and certain areas of the pitch but to suggest only Cashin could cut it in the championship is (in my opinion) disrespectful to some of the players we’ve got.

I think there’s quite a few players in the squad who would be good enough in the championship plus a few younger ones who are nowhere near their ceiling (Bird, Sibs, Thomson, Wilson)
I don’t think it’s a total rebuild. Probably would still need to sign potentially ten players though

It’s football and that could happen. We’d know better if there wasn’t a transfer window to negotiate…
Either way, I’m just enjoying both the good times and the absence of the armchair experts who were spoiling the Forum for me a few months ago. It would be wonderful to have a successful season for all kinds of reasons😄

Bit of an embarrassing result. Still they were probably tired after the Man Utd game and probably would have got more if this wasn’t the case. 

I think we'll get 4 points, maybe 3.
I'm not being negative, I just think we'll drop a couple of b******* against teams good enough to exploit them.
I'd be delighted if we get more than that but won't get down if we end up with a couple of losses. There's still a long way to go in the season.

I suspect this will get proved wrong over the course of the season. I really don't think he's been that bad. Nelson looked as wobbly initially but after consistent gametime looks far more assured. This is why i've endorsed giving Bradley minutes, as how is his form ever supposed to improve if he's not playing? I still think he'll come good. 

I distinctly recall not that long ago that certain forum members were bemoaning the fact that Oxford were top of the league yet their playing squad was no better than ours.........
