First half was awful, punctuated by Hourihane’s fine strike. 
Nobody was demanding the ball, particularly in the midfield, which meant we went sideways or long.
No danger from them but Ward just isn’t a defender and his tackle was dumb.
Second half started slow again but Wilson raised the tempo, as did Sibley, and gradually players started to wake up.
Wish we could play with that intensity from the start. We have a reasonable squad now and can afford to give players a breather.
Lovely to see Thompson back.
Glad I travelled up from Bristol. Hotel bed beckons 😊

For me it's sitting for more than 30 minutes with my shins at 90 degrees to my thighs that brings my arthritis to the boil and it's pretty damned excruciating

It’s disgraceful that no one is standing at the bottom of the ladder to make sure it doesn’t slip given that it’s on grass. There’s no cones keeping the public away, no hi viz jackets , the van is parked on the wrong side of the road with no visible warning signs and I bet no risk assessments were done. It’s an accident waiting to happen.

Hi. Yes indeed. I worked for 30 years on British aid and World Bank funded projects from Malaysia to the Caribbean but mainly in African countries. Somalia was the scariest, Ethiopia the best. Most African countries are football mad, Premier League obviously but most know all about the Rams

This made me chuckle. I reckon you and my old man would have some interesting stories to swap. I note from some of your posts over the years that you've been to some other 'interesting spots', not just Salone. For his part, my dad seemed to spend a disproportionate amount of time in African war zones throughout his 'career' and until I was about 20 I honestly believed it was because he was good at languages 😂

They do like their footie in Salone. Been there 4 times on work. Last time I was arrested as a spy and put in Wilberforce Barracks prison. In Freetown of all places. British High Commissioner had to get me out. But lovely people.
