He must have photos of Wayne, either that or Shinnie made a pass at Colleen at the Christmas party. I get that we have limited choices but this is just not the logical best decision. Shinnie was POTY last season, exhibiting exactly the behaviours we need to have on the field next season - Tom is erratic, head strong and certainly does not enjoy the unanimous support of the fan base. Weird, and wrong, decision.

I would imagine this will make no difference whatsoever,why would they want to get involved in a personal matter between the EFL and DCFC. Surely if MM/DCFC felt he was being victimised lawyers would be all over the caseHow many owners of other clubs in the Championship stand behind MM,possibly One or Two if we are lucky. It is up to MM to get onto the sports minister if he thinks that is also the case. Personally i don't think we are aware of all the true facts and are clutching at straws. Emails should be sent to MM to come clean,not the government.

I just find it amazing that people are so blinded that they cant admit that what we have done is wrong....its as simple as that, we bent every rule possible to breaking point, broke a lot of rules and are getting called out on it, so thanks to the shambolic running of the club we should suck it up and take the punishment.

The key word in there is UNFAIRLY, i would suggest everything he said is completely fair.

We have had many months to update them and the revised accounts must now exist. Maybe we’re holding on to them because we don’t want EFL to rush through another charge before next season

I'd be pretty sure the accounts have been prepared (in case of this eventuality) but DCFC couldn't present them to an auditor until the judgment was finalised (with the requirment to resubmit) without potnetially prejudicing their own position. Probably got sent for audit the next day, once that's been performed they can be submitted. No idea on the time scale, but with the auitor having to be independant from DCFC that's my take on it.

He probably has more of an insight than we,as fans,do.

Could this potentially have been leaked on purpose? To make the EFL rethink what they want as if we go down and Rooney does go, so does their biggest marketing asset

Never a big fan of the 'speaks well, good leader so must be a good manager' argument.

And some are suggesting some sort of crowd funding!  Mel is more than likely to be able to have assets to buy and sell us without a second thought.

they are al bent as hell, we are proablbly the worst and we have got caught...so accept the punishment.

I really don’t see why the EFL are a disgrace, we “bent” the rules, I think we would all agree we broke a number of rules. Therefore we should take whatever punishment they want to dish out. I think only one party is a disgrace and it’s Derby County Football Club.
