Hard to know where to start.  Reading the news of his passing really rocked me.  To then read all the pages over the last day or so has brought me tears to several times.  I couldn’t do them all in one sitting, too emotional.  The words and memories listed over all these pages should hopefully bring some small comfort to all his family and friends.  What a testament to the man, that so many who only knew him through this forum had such a strong bond and affinity for him.
I hope his parents take enormous pride at what a stunning job they did in raising such as beautiful human being, who clearly touched so many lives.  His strength and empathy to reach out to others and offer solace in their hour of need, whilst going through dark times himself speaks volumes to the person he was.
He has left a mark on this world that many can only dream off.  Normally when someone passes, it is marked on social media sites with RIP and other one word or one line comments, the fact that so many are so detailed, people who haven’t posted for years signing back in, people creating accounts for the sole purpose of paying their respects, just demonstrates what high esteem his was held in by so many.
I’ve fallen out of love with football recently for various reasons and have only been twice this season despite being a season ticket holder. The passing of B4 though has ensured I will be attending the Bristol Rovers game, hopefully some of that B4 passion will find its way back to me and reignite my love.  I will stand and applaud our friend and with no shame I will have a tears rolling down my cheeks.
Go easy brother, love a fellow Ram xxx

Top fan. Great fella. Inspirational without trying to be. Responsible for countless divorces but we'll gloss over that.

I won't be there for the Bristol Rovers match but will applaud on my own whilst watching Rams TV.

Edit: what was "mentile shutters" at Fulham supposed to be?

So many funny memories of the lad; his player valuations, from which he could not be shifted and which seemed to infuriate some on here, much to other's amusement; his hilarious disdain for any pink strip and his vomit emoji protests when folk disagreed; his 'fondness' for Rick Parry and all things EFL. He was definitely a lad who had strong opinions and wasn't afraid to voice them, but always did so in a fashion that was humorous.
One anecdote that always stuck in my head was him earnestly advising another forum member who jokingly suggested that his wife wasn't letting him out of the house to, 'pretend you're just nipping out for milk, but then come to the game instead'. Let's be honest, it's was a solid enough plan!

How can the passing of someone whom I never had the pleasure of meeting and have never, to my memory, interacted with directly on here, caused me to shed tears? But that's exactly what has happened. I post very rarely but have been around since the DET days and B4's posts have always stood out during this time. I like to think I'm a positive person but, to his credit, he took it to a different level entirely. The underlying memories I have have been discussed extensively during this thread, but I would like to bring attention to this forum in always being there to defend him against anyone unknowing of his dyslexia. He obviously had the full support and love from you all and I'm sure he knew and appreciated that during his painfully short life. As such it's no surprise to hear and read the outpouring of love, grief and memories from everyone. May he rest in peace in that big old football stadium in the sky.

    Such very sad news.
I never met B4 however his unbounded enthusiasm, passion and loyalty to the club was a inspiration to so many Rams fans, even an old cynic like me.
    Rest easy B4.

Spot on angie , truth is you have to be able to mix it up and then that comes down to the players when they cross the line , for me this Saturday was all about the team being organised and playing as a unit , the best I’ve seen this season , maybe that’s down to players starting to gel , perhaps warne and the coaches wernt managing to drill stuff into them well enough up till now , who knows , but if Saturday was warne ball then I’m fine with it , it was less gung ho with less massive gaps and space when we lost the ball , a patient and determined performance 🤷🏻‍♂️

I've seen a few comments about the style of football changing, maybe so in the last few games. Ironically on Saturday we scored from a penalty given when a ball was crossed into the box from wide, and two long punts forward by the goalie that completely bypassed midfield. Not much passing on the floor in those three examples but all very effective.

    A ramit rant
The hard truth is that people are pawns because they allow themselves to be.  The victim is not innocent of being victimized is another way to put it and just writing that will have some up in arms in outrage, but it is true none the less.  We choose to submit to power, we allow governments to treat us like property to do with as they please and when they do we place the blame on them, when it is really our own fault, for we have the true power when we stand together, we get our way when we unite and take collective responsibility for the planet we share and how it is governed.
But here lies the problem, we collectively avoid responsibility, it is convenient for us to have someone else than ourselves to blame, politicians, industrialists, media, generals.  We either change ourselves or continue to moan about the state of the world as we repeatedly fall for the divide and rule methods placed against us.  With all our problems of division, we still have much more in common than divides us.
Imagine if war is declared and no one shows up.

The problem here is that the media are now addicted to polarising issues in order to survive. If they can create a "them and us" scenario and get both sides arguing like crazy about it, their ad counters spin like a money machine
But, what I've observed on this issue is that actually, the majority of people have settled on a consensus that war is bad, killing is bad and that there ought to be a concerted effort from our governments to try and broker some peace. Not wave through the idea of the Israeli "defence" strategy continual indiscriminate killing of children, as somehow being a proportionate response.
It's obvious in this thread. We are usually at each others throats over stuff but look at which posts are getting the most cheers and likes.
There is no media incentive to report on the consensus. Depressing

Andy, who is Daniel's dad, has just rung me to say that he has started to read through all your wonderful messages today. They have made him and Daniel's mum Lynne, cry and laugh in equal measure.
Andy, Lynne, Daniel's sister Claire, their poodle Marley (Daniel was his butler!) and all the rest of the family are very grateful for the kind messages.
Regarding a tribute, they would prefer a round of applause on the 38th minute of the next home League game against Bristol Rovers on 25th November. There will be more friends and family who know Daniel there on that day, so it would seem more  appropriate than the cup replay this week.
@David and @Owen87ITK, I  don't know if you can help organise this? And is it possible to have a photo on the big screen or is that not allowed?
Andy has also asked me to share this photo of Daniel's seat yesterday, with a big thank you to all who came up to him to chat or offer condolences. He really appreciated it.

Damn - not the news I was expecting to read today. This place will never quite be the same again. I always used to enjoy when a newbie would have a go at his spelling and then skulk back under their rock when everyone put them straight. No one messed with our B4!

Just a thought, hopefully somebody close to the club can make it happen v Bristol Rovers.
Rams shirt produced with ‘RIP B4’ on the back. It is shown on the scoreboard in either the 4th or 38th minute in the ground. A minute applause from fans whichever minute the family deem most appropriate. Shirt is signed by the squad post game and presented to his parents.
I appreciate the club cannot always show this level of tribute following the passing of a fan, but B4 was a one off, and everything DCFC epitomises. He deserves a tribute such as this in my opinion, and one which will give him the send off he deserves 🐏

Best I’ve seen is this season by far ,,, we looked organised and played as a unit , the fight to win the ball back was there and we didn’t leave massive gaps when we went at them , twinkle toes Wilson is a bag of tricks too , good signing ?
that extra goal would have been nice to see us go above Barnsley but you can have everything,
glad I havnt lost faith in warne to get it right up till now though it’s been a bit tough and was starting to have my concerns ,

Just got back from the game and a great day to read this heartbreaking sad news 🥲🥲🥲,
Forget the scoreline , was going to post in match thread that this was the best performance of the season by a mile in terms of organised , compact , work rate ,spirit and playing as a unit
now I don’t give a stuff how stupid this makes me sound but so many times b4 posted he wished he could do the team talk ,,, well to my mind somehow in ways we don’t understand or believe in , he did todays team talk .
