This is a circus if true - how can you only just find something - what are you actually being paid to do?

Boro fans are very pro Gibson and anti Derby. The general sentiment looking online is most agree with Gibson’s course of action or are not bothered either way. In any case, Gibson probably doesn’t care what Boro or Derby fans think anyway about this - he wants money and would not be upset to see Derby out of business I’m sure.
Also I’m not sure trying to appeal to Gibson will work. Derby are fighting for their existence. Action needs to be taken. No grovelling etc. Derby need to stand up to Gibson and say no. I couldn’t care less what Boro fans think and neither I’m sure would the majority of other Derby fans.

Just polished a off the last couple of doubles of a 21 YO Auchentoshan.
Doesn't feel any better, so I'll move on to the 10 YO Dalwhinnie.
Failing that, it's the Jameson, and then Brasso.
duck the EFL.

OK let me rephrase my question, until a takeover happens do the administrators have a plan on how to fund the club and if so what is it?

How much dosh has Mel got left. He could salvage his reputation by doing the right thing and at least agreeing to be responsible for the £3 and £2.56 due to Boro and Wycombe. This would provide an indemnity for the new owners. Go on Mel and hand over the ground for £0.00 while your at it.

*If*, for example, HMRC are saying we will only take 100% and the bidders are saying we'll only pay 25%, then I don't see what Quantuma can actually do. The same with 'Boro and Wycombe, if there's a gaping chasm between what those clubs would agree to and what potential bidders are willing to cover, then again, I don't see what they can possibly do. They can't force those parties to radically alter their demands.
I think you have to assume that Quantuma are acting in good faith, because there really isn't that much incentive for them to not. They risk losing their license to practice if they are genuinely being dodgy, and even beyond that, the last thing they want is a reputation for screwing things up. If you're after an administrator, particularly as a another football club, would you want the ones that liquidated Derby County?

I do understand the anger of many towards the EFL on here, I really do, but it does seem mighty perculiar to me that the transfer embargo has been put back on unless of course Quantuma were unable to prove at this stage that we do have funding to see it through to the end of the season - e.g. from income from selling players, from short term but guaranteed funding options, or from a Preferred Bidder.
I suspect we need to find about £5m to see it through to season end; to cover losses on trading, and meeting other liabilities as they fall due to the footballing community - Lech Posnan and Arsenal. Whilst the preferred bidder might be prepared to put up the £5m to take the next steps towards being the buyer, perhaps they are not prepared to put up £5m unconditionally at this stage? If we haven't got any funds coming in to cover, then - and I know I will get pelters here - it is only right that the EFL say sorry no new ins; you need to organise some outs - such as Knight or Bird - to find £5m to cover ongoing operations and commitments. Them are the issues when your owner has put you into Administration with large unpaid debts.
Still think the Gibson issue is just something in the background here - it seems more likely to me that Quantuma were unable to evidence yesterday that they can fulfil the EFL's basic requirements on the ability to complete fixtures/pay footballing debts, and the EFL have said sell some players then.
I await Quantuma's announcement later to see if I am totally wide of the mark.
