Dean (hick) Saunders reacted to jono in Accrington Stanley v Derby County Matchday Thread
I keep looking at the highlights .. the angle and elevation are terrible so you can't really judge but from what you can see on those, both of the pens were being "looked for" so as far as I am concerned Accrington got what they deserved. Those players went down deliberately to gain an advantage. Stuff em ! ha ha ha
As for young William ... Magic ! and Sibbo .. quality ! That's the hungry driving AM we know we had all along, more of the same please. COYR

Dean (hick) Saunders reacted to hintonsboots in Warne isn't the Messiah and Stearman is a very Naughty Boy
Most fans are content with their football club still being in existence. It’s a season to build a team and a pattern of play. Warne is a fantastic appointment and will add some faces to the squad in January. It will be a very interesting season, watching the team develop.

Dean (hick) Saunders got a reaction from jono in Our "Why Wall"...
Scouts asked me to sell Derby Telegraphs at the BBG in the Cox days to raise funds.
Decided a liked it and bought a junior season ticket as the papers were a hassle.
Family were from Darn Sarth and not into football until my dad started going with me in Roy McFarland (management) era then didn’t miss a season until he passed away 10y ago.

Dean (hick) Saunders reacted to RadioactiveWaste in London Marathon 22
I didn't watch the London Marathon.....
....because I was busy running the Great Scottish Run (half marathon round Glasgow) and I did well enough for PB, just a smidge over 2.15. Which for a fat bloke in his 40s I think is OK.
Callum Hawkins won the men’s half marathon in 1:03:35
Michelle Finn won the women’s half marathon in 1:12:33
The men’s 10k was won by Lewis Hannigan in 29:56
Eilish McColgan took first place in the women’s 10k in 30:18

Dean (hick) Saunders reacted to Ramarena in The Ukraine War
It could get more uncomfortable, but recent events also show Putin is desperate.
No-one throws several hundred thousand citizens into a warzone if they’ve got it under control.
I personally think he’s gambling that he can hold Ukraine off through winter and everyone withdraws their support for Ukraine if things get tough for European countries.
I don’t think it’s going to work and it’s his unprepared “soldiers” who are going to be the first to suffer the winter.
On the nuclear threat, I suppose it’s possible, the guy is pretty deranged and desperate, but he’d be unleashing an almighty poostorm for his country if he used a tactical nuke.

Dean (hick) Saunders reacted to rojo in Rotherham fan in peace
I just want to say how lucky you are to have Paul Warne as manager. I've supported the millers for 69 years. Obviously, I've seen managers come and go during that period. As far as I'm concerned, and many other fans Warne is the best manager we've had.
Like Derby fans we went through some dark times. Administration points deducted, lost our ground, forced to play in Sheffield in an athletic stadium. No atmosphere, 4 years in the 4th division.
Paul has many qualities. Excellent staff management, a workaholic. He's articulate, honest and will live and breathe Derby County.
I thank him for all the memories, 3 Wembley wins 3 promotions and I wish him well and as a consequence wish the Rams well. I've never had a second team, but for the first time Derby County will be my second team. I look forward to seeing Paul succeed.
Hopefully Derby will be promoted and we survive in the championship and look forward to see you at the New York stadium.
All the best.
