Personally cant see anyway out of this at all . Boro and Wyc want there claims settling , the EFL  have taken there side with a boro board member on board . It doesnt seem we can do anything about that or get local media INCLUDING RADIO Derby to shout about this absolute conflict of interest  or any radio station like talksport . It seems the EFL are the new jimmy saville untouchable right now but their time will come, but poss to late for us . 

The only way is for admins to go to court over how the efl is operating this takes time so the investers drop out and again gibbo wins . 

This is brewing into a powder keg of extreme anger and when it does the EFL have only themselvesto blame . 

I do personally think Ashley being the man he is and how he is portrayed is looking a bit naff not now riding in on a guaranteed winning bet taking us over because he obviously wants those claims out of the way first . A man like him can have Gibsons lawyers looking stupid in court and poss come out of it making gibbo pay for court costs . Im surprised he isnt picking up the gauntlet its a guaranteed way of getting the fans to sing his praises and love him forever . In one swoop Ashley could change footy fans opinion of him over night and make the newcastle lot look like the over righteous fans who think they deserve the prem title every year for who they really are . 

One thing is for sure if we survive this . This has instilled hatred forever towards the efl , boro, wycombe . The police presence for the boro match will be massive if it goes ahead. Dont expect any ante gibbo  banners to be allowed through . The big loser now in this caused by mel but compounded by the above 3 is football. Its breeding alot of anger  .

Exactly this . This is the only thing that will work . Other than doing an organised rally with banners like this outside the efl . 

Ive already emailed talksport . Basically stating boro man on efl making decisions so conflict of interest and why are not the efl being sued by wycombe and boro for not acting on Derby in the correct year .

I have mentioned how do we have a middleboro man on the panel judging us via the EFL AND WHY ARE WE BEING PUNISHED AND NOT the EFL who should have punished Derby in the correct year . 

Im not kidding iwould sooner go under and liquidated than pay boro and go to a new club . 

Agreed this is an absolute disgrace . 

The EFL combined with Middlesboro and Wycombe and middlesboro have someone sitting on the efl panel are coming together to sink Derby . 

The fact that boro and wycombe believe they have a case ( i can see their point ) but its not against Derby its against the EFL who didnt deal with Derby in the appropriate year . Their case is with and against the EFL not Derby as a club . 

Surely someone on the Derby side has to go to the high court with this it cant be left to be judged by the efl who have their own self interests in this . One they are not going to admit that they themselves have done wrong and they have an interested party on their panel . 

Its unbelievable and all the press seem to want to print is shock horror Derby , Rooney blah blah , when they should be concentrating on the real story here its totally and utterly shocking . 

There is part of me who just wants the players to sit on the pitch and let sheff stick the ball in the net . Its the only way to highlight to national news how bad this has got with middlesboro and wycombe sticking the knife in when its the efls fault . And how can you have a boro candidate on the efl panel judging on this and its allowed to happen the worlds gone mad .

If its really because of the other football clubs claims well there not going to be settled at all are they as gibson doesnt want them settled its away of making sure we go down . So with that in mind why are even people considering taking us over ? . Anyone taking us over has to take us over with those claims hanging over us and poss going to court so why are they even considering it  . 

Boro and waycombe are not going to go away only if they are paid in full or part paid . Anyone with any ounce of nonce is not going to pay at all . So i can only see us going to the wall and being liquidated if the preferred bidder is not willing to take us over without paying something to them . Gibson has us by the balls im afraid and he knows it .  I was hoping Ashley would take us over and say see you in court to gibson and be the knight in shining armour . 

To be fair how many times have we been here . 

1. We have had a chairman gift one of the finest managers in england to that heap down the road just because he was slightly embaressed he couldnt control him . 

2. We have had Capt bob  either jump of a boat or pushed off a boat while stopping the investment as we were on the verge of doing something great .

3. Only us can qualify for europe for the first time in years that english clubs were banned . 

4. Have the record for the lowest league points in prem history . 

The list keeps on growing longer , how you just become and aston villa or an everton and never do anything in the top leagues but somehow get to stay in it and watch decent football all the time makes my mind blow a fuse . When you think of what we have at our desposal in the ground the fans and the history it just beggars belief . 

And the hits just keep on coming . 

Sorry but its not long ago everyine was calling roos and allsop why is it so far fetched fielding isnt here to be main choice wouldnt surprise me at all . Although im happy with allsop roos time is up he has to go . 

Surely this suggests that Fielding will become at least No2 or poss even the main goalkeeper . 

Could someone enlighten me as to how middlesborough and wycombe come after Derby as a club plz ? . Surely this has to do with the efl not charging us in the correct year and Mel Morris's version of Derbys  accounts . How can the club be punished surely its the EFL and Morris who should be the ones facing those accusations . 

I really dont get it at all , its beyond me . 

How can Morris just walk away from this and claim he is a fan and leave Derby to pick up the pieces of a possible court case with middleboro and wycombe .

If you actually go back over the posts, I made a single post to the effect that I would prefer another owner to Ashley. That's all I said. I then came in for a torrent of abuse - much from people I expect more from - accusing me of not wanting the club to survive and so on.

So, all I was doing was answering those over-the-top condemnations. I was not on any bandwagon. I was not harping on. I was merely trying to defend myself in the face of the abuse.

As I have said several times now, if Ashley saves our club, I will be eternally grateful.

To be fair i think most ideally would sooner have someone else than Ashley but beggars cant be choosers . You know with Ashley if he does take us over and if we do go down he will invest within limits for players to get us out and run it like clockwork .He wants us back in the prem via investment to make a profit on us , its as simple as that to him and i for one am happy with that . 

But if you ask me about how he runs sports direct etc etc , i think that has been well covered by our own government and i also have the privelige of living near polishtown errrrrr i mean shirebrook , where the main warehouse is . The man not only looks like a bully i would hazard a guess he is one . But im happy with him taking over to take us to the prem and then hopefully sell us , that wil ldo for me . But yes i wish it was someone else . 

I dont want to go down the route we have gone before in appleby and rush we have done it we will go nowhere fast .

I use to like the sound of the admins jib but im afraid to say i dont anymore .How many times have we heard the word imminent , i think the dictionary needs changing to what that word actually means .

We have had Kirchner pull out although i think he was trying to talk himself into ownership with a halfwit bid .

But now we have Appleby and co announcing basically its not them . 

Isnt it time for the admins to come out and make it clear to fans what the exact nature of the holdup is . Come on RADIO Derby do you job and push on this .........its all getting very worrying now .

Whats holding this all up is the claims by Middlesbrough and wycombe and i dont see how thay can be settled until court . It isnt right should they win the new owners foot the bill . This if fair should be paid by mel but we all know the claims are pathetic and being used to delay the takeover and send us down . I dont see how they can settle this early and announce a preferred bidder .
