One thing for sure is the word " imminently " has forever taken on a different meaning between Derby supporters . 

I have to admit the communication is shockingly bad now its taking the pee . No one seems to be shouting about it just taking it for granted .

Personally think its all down to the interested parties willing to take on the claims . They know its full of horse ****. Its just a question now of whether ashley does as well . It seems to me ashley will be preferred bidder as long as this meeting goes his way if it doesnt they will announce appleby and co . Make or break day .

Have you seen what he is doing at my local MANSFIELD  !!  won last 6 or 7 games  scoring for free . Whats more depressing is we will almost certainly be playing Mansfield and prob losing to them next year .

I dont expect him to .But like Lampard you have to learn your craft and he is still in nappies . With how the situation is at Derby im a tad disappointed in him when asked the question he was to not say look i love Everton but right here right now these players need me and again say what sort of a person would i be to walk out now .

The obvious answer is for wayne to go should he go at the end of the season , i have no problem with that . 

But right now we need a we are all in together mentality and im afraid to say that wayne rooney right there did not discourage everton at all !! If wayne goes we are sunk without trace the rest of the players will just give in and have the attitude of whats the point .

Just had a golden opportunity to say i wouldnt go to Everton till at least end of the season and DIDNT a bit of a let down there Mr Rooney im afraid . That did nothing to discourage everton and it sounded to me he would desert us if they came in . Not a happy bunny again with him im afraid .

I dont get what the silence is now or even whats happening . Nothing is being said by the admins .Surely they should now be going for a legal ruling on whether boro and wycombe have a case . If it goes against us we will have to come to a settlement but if it goes for us then its game over for the efl and boro and wyc and the takeover happens without a hitch . 

Surely we want to know now asap  is how long wil lthe ruling take and have they applied for it .

Then agree to go to court over wycombe as its not massive if we lost and make couhig squirm with embarrassment. 

From what ive learnt on here this morning a key question that wants asking to the willing to be lenient man from middlesboro is why didnt he do the same to bournemouth when they beat them by 4pts for the championship yet found guilty and made to pay millions in a fine . This surely is now a huge and main point to show he is being vindictive . 

He wont go . The only way he wil lgo and prob why he is even accepting an interview is to see if they will hold out till the end of the season or give Derby 7 million in compo and then go now , its the only way he will be able to look at himself in the morning and say he did the best for us . Remember the comment of what sort of a man would i be if i walk out now . 

Well i for one would be a bit surprised at him walking now with no 7 million for us and it being a straight walk out to everton job and leave us in the lurch . Im sorry i dont agree with the comments of can you blame him well yes i can . It would be pretty crappy show of him to walk out now and underline just how shallow football is .

Talking about our overspending, Boro had a higher wage budget than us and spent more on transfers. So spending isn’t a factor. 

If the claim was for gate receipts from playoff semis I don’t think we would have much of an issue.

Lol ok mate.  No i just dont look at things with a blinkered view . But in thid case like whats been pointed out i didnt know about Bournemouth.  Aston villa while over spending which is wrong but they got away with it they went up . Did the cherries actually get fined and done for it . Why im saying this is a legally this is what makes the difference in a court if law . Not the fact we know they have all over spent but got away with it in promotion .

Did Bournemouth beat boro by just 1 point while over spending . I havent checked but if thats so then yeah your correct . And yeah im dcfc through and through but the fact is gibsons claim has merit but not to the tune of 45m and sending Derby bust . The only way out of this is for Derby to pay the gate receipts from the play offs or cease to exist . With that in mind and i hate saying it i would pay that and move on .

That has nothing to do with it im afraid in a court of law and tou need to understand that .

The ones that are in the right in all of this is Derby county its fans and i hate to say it but gibson is right . 

The ones that are wrong is the efl and mel morris and its they that should be punished . The efl for allowing the accounts and this dragging on so not being punished in the correct year . Mel morris how does he get to walk away from this and let a new owner or dcfc pick up the tab for his failings or they go bust . Its just incredible morriss is looking more like a dodgy car dealer than an extremely wealthy clever man . 

The way i see it is you can see where boro are coming from although i think its the efl that is at fault for failure to punish Derby quickly enough . Gibson cant go for 45million as he has no way of proving they would have gone up . What we prob do owe them and its a way out is the gate receipts from the play off legs thats it end of . The wycombe one for me is more complicated . Gibson is looking rather bad that he is pushing for this and actually could send Derby into liquidation if  some owner like Ashley doesnt have the balls to save us and take them on in court . Its clear to me now their is a real chance we could disappear.
